  Deben enfocarse mas en las necesidades del huesped.

  La habitacion regular,cuando me estaba duchando,se desprendio la regadera y me cayo en la cabeza. Llame para reportarlo y dijeron que hiva a llegar el de ingenieria a arreglarlo.Mi esposo y yo decidimos salir a cenar a fuera y cuando regresamos no fueron arreglarlo. Lamentablemente no tube una agradable experiencia :(

  Muy comodo y calidad de servicio

  La ubicacion del hotel es muy importantes porque se encuentra a pocas cuadras del metro, asimismo las habitaciones son muy comodas y limpias, el restaurant muy tranquilos y bueno, la calidad del servicio y la atencion del personal es muy buena

  Very enjoyable stay in great location

  I didnt want to worry about finding my way around DC area but had an appointment at GMU. This property was the perfect location - quick drive to George Mason and super close to the Metro to head to DC. Such a nice area too - the hotels blend in with the neighborhood so the commercial entities like hotels and stores totally blend in. Conveniently in walking distance to Harris Teeter. Unusual surprise in that this Courtyard was offering grab and go breakfast where Courtyards usually charge for breakfast. Beds were comfy and rooms/hall was quiet. Next time Ill request a room not facing the street since it was a little noisy in the morning (but I am a light sleeper). I was there with my daughter for a college tour and we felt completely safe. Masks were always worn by staff and there was hand sanitizer by the front entrance and elevators. Parking was great too - we were able to park right near the front lobby door each night. We will definitely return.

  Best Hotel

  I stayed at the Marriott Dunn Loring for 34 days for business. This hotel was amazing and in a great location. Andrew and his staff made me feel at home while away from home. They were extremely nice, helpful and friendly. The rooms were a great size and the bed super comfortable. There are several excellent restaurants within walking distance, a few grocery stores and the Metro is right across the street! I would recommend this hotel to anyone needing a place to stay when in the D.C. area!

  Excellent Value of a Hotel!

  Lobby is clean and waiting area is clean and spacious. Check in was fast and hassle free. They have a small convenience store selling some basic meds, snacks and drinks. ATM in the lobby by the elevators. Small business center with a printer to print our your boarding passes and other stuff Rooms are large and clean. AC works well. Bed and pillows are judged by my wife and she likes them. The usual flat iron, hair dryer, coffee maker, small fridge, and a smart flat screen tv with a great choice of entertainment selection. You can even input your Netflix account into it. You can configure your smart phone into a simple TV remote thus avoiding handling a high touch device A word on Netflix It is a little confusing on how to log off from their TV. Turning the tv off does not log you off. I don't know if they log you off immediately after you check out but you really do not want the next person using your account. I found the way to log off and its a little hidden. It is NOT on the Netflix screen. Instead go to the Get Help Menu from the main TV menu screen. At the bottom of the choices is the Exit Netflix choice. That is how to log your account off Netflix. See my attached picture. Internet. Tested it twice. Both in AM and PM. It seems to be a synchronous system. That is, both upload and download speeds are about the same. Pretty darn fast. A consistent 14 mbps. My test video from youtube played smooth without any buffering. Bathroom Hot water with good pressure. Clean and well stocked. They do not give those small soaps and shampoo/conditioner containers. They have large dispensers for that. See picture. The free morning breakfast is supposed to be grab and go but a few guest sat down and ate there. Social distancing was possible due to the reduced number of seats available. The breakfast was quite substantial for a grab and go breakfast. Self service laundry available!! Cost about $1.50 per cycle. Each washer/dryer cycle is about 30 minutes. See picture. The fitness center was open but to use it you have to schedule your usage with the front desk. Indoor pool was closed. Parking is underground and secured by a gate. You need your key cards for access. Parking is not free. I believe it was $5 a night. Not sure now. They have a very few limited parking outside by the front but I believe they don't allow over night here. Not sure. The paid parking for me is a bummer and a hidden cost. The area is within 5 minutes walk of the Vienna Metro station. There is a Harris Teeter supermarket across the rear of the hotel. There is a rear exit so you do not have to walk out the front and go around the building. Nearby are many food shops (around the metro station) and the Mosaic shopping district is within 10-15 minutes walk. Stayed here twice. Once in September. Enjoyed my stay so stayed there for 2 nights in October.
