  This property has no business being in the Marriott Brand

  Came here for business for two nights. First, I always stay at the Courtyard brand. This hotel is no Courtyard. #1 they lost their liquor license so their bar was shut down. That is something they should have disclosed ahead of time since all of their advertising promotes the bar. The staff was not at all friendly and had a negative "you are bothering me" from day one. While they have renovated the lobby, the carpets and the feel is run down. I am shocked Marriott maintains this hotel in its Courtyard brand. We asked for the shuttle and were in a bit of a hurry and when we called to ask where it was they said it was on the way. Then five minutes later we called back and they said it was just leaving. Had to move a meeting because we were late getting back. We could have called an Uber but the person misrepresented the status of the shuttle. It's little things like that which we found to be very unlike the Courtyards where I have stayed around the country.

  Musty smell in our room

  We spent one night here while in town for a business convention. No major complaints other than the musty smell in our room. We were on the ground floor and it looked like there may have been a drainage issue outside, where the rising water, at some point, got high enough to get into the room. Otherwise, we had a good stay. Everything went smoothly and was convenient.

  Great quiet hotel for business trips

  Hello everyone this is a nice remodeled hotel with very clean rooms and very nice hotel staff. I definitely recommended and I want to say that Carlie, at the front desk was super awesome, attentive and very professional. You have a variety of good restaurants within walking distance, a minute or less. Right next to DFW airport.

  Nice Stay for the Value

  I recently spent a night here for a couples getaway to Dallas. We went through hotwire and they gave us the Courtyard Marriott. Hotel is very clean, super friendly front desk staff, and easy check in/check out. A/C worked well, room was spacious and uniquely arranged which we loved! At night, the room was probably one of the darkest rooms I have ever slept in!!! Perfect!! The bar is not currently open as they have not received their liquor license. There is no continental breakfast, which can be a negative as we are so used to having that available. The lighting in the room, especially over the sink wasn't as bright as we felt it should have been. But overall, a really good hotel, extremely clean, very friendly, and suited our budget just fine. Would not hesitate to stay here again!

  My stay at Courtyard-Bedford

  Deion Gordon took great care of myself and my entire team. He was prompt, attentive and was able to answer questions, before we even thought to ask them. I was impressed with his ability to help everyone.
