  We had a great stay. The hotel and staff were exceptional. The only thing we were disappointed in was the evening kickbacks and the breakfast. We have stayed at Drury Inns in the past, and have been very pleased with our experience.

  Awesome staff and comfortable hotel

  We recently stayed on our way to somewhere else. The room is not fancy, but was comfortable and clean. Pets are allowed. The pool was open with limited capacity. Every staff member I contacted with friendly and smiling through their mask. Rickie offered great options for dessert and was very nice to my family. At breakfast, Billie was as nice and accommodating as could be. Great job!

  Great stay

  I walked into this hotel for a one-night stay after the first hotel turned out to be awful. I had my dog with me, which usually means that you get the "not so great" room. That was not the case here. The room was super clean and comfortable. There is an indoor pool so the lobby smells a bit like chlorine, but it wasn't too bad. The staff was great. The location was safe (so I felt comfortable walking my dog at night). I would definitely stay here again. It was very quiet. I didn't hear anyone in the room above me, which is unusual.

  Great place

  Staff was very friendly. They actually serve a hot breakfast and a hot dinner all included in the price of the hotel. The hotel is very clean. We stay there quite often. Would recommend them to my friends

  Stay for the staff... leave for the pubic hair.

  Let start with the positives... Coming from a hospitality background Ill be staying in Drurys for the next six weeks for training. This hotels staff was by far one of the most courteous I have ever experienced. If not for the smiles, polite conversation, and genuine attitudes this hotel would not have gotten any stars! Kudos to the staff! Now for the negatives... The pool was disgusting and constantly full of children. If you wanted to use the pool you needed to go to the front desk and ask for them to take you on a 300 mile journey to the opposite side of the hotel to let you into the pool area?! But as soon as I saw the water I decided I was better off not taking my chances. However every time I passed the pool there were 25 kids and 1 adult in the water. No wonder the color was so grim... Then there was the room. The sheets and tub had several hairs from an area of the body that shall we say is usually covered by an undergarment. The windows, doorknobs and mirrors were covered in fingerprints and the tub had a yellowish tint that was obviously a soap scum that hadnt been cleaned in some time. I did not partake in the evening reception however after just one morning at the complimentary breakfast I was given a soupy bowl of very obviously reheated oatmeal from the prior day and a stale biscuit with bland pepper gravy. The coffee left little to be desired as well. The next morning I stopped at McDonalds instead. The best thing this hotel has going for it is the staff. Management needs a reorganization as I was probably one of five cars in the parking lot during my entire weeks stay. Downtown Columbus location is much better suited for your needs.
