  would not stay here

  very bad service front desk was not friendly at all in fact down right nasty people stick bugs in my room and in the hall way and they did not care sad because it is under a Marriott flag never I have been talked to or treated like this ever before ..and travel a lot

  Just OK

  Our family stayed here for a few nights during a recent trip to the area. The staff and the breakfast were nice enough, but they just did not go out of their way to help their guests. Our room was not cleaned during our stay in spite of us asking the cleaning crew and the front desk. The pool was off limits during our stay and staff did not seem to be in a hurry to fix. Would stay somewhere else during our next visit.

  Clean and comfortable!

  The room was clean and very comfortable. Staff was attentive and pleasant. The breakfast was good with several warm options and many choices including FRESH fruit, oatmeal, eggs, meat, and waffles. Glad we chose this hotel.

  Very Nice Stay!

  This place looks brand new. The room was great with a walk-in shower, refrigerator, and good breakfast. Convenient to stores and restaurants and just off I/70. A pool and work out room were very clean and nice. The rate was even better!

  Rude front desk receptionist

  My father stayed at this hotel for 5 nights and was treated very poorly by the front desk receptionist. She did not have a name tag on but she is heavy built with tattoos. My father is from another country and does not speak English well and the lady was very rude to him. The first morning he did not know where the breakfast is located and she yelled at him and gave him a small pack of crackers from the drawer behind her desk. She did this every morning for 4 days. She did not even greet him in the mornings and had the same snack left for him on the front desk. Finally he decided to change hotels and when he was checking out, he asked if he can wait in the lobby (with a mask on) for his Uber since it was snowing outside and she told him no and told him because of Covid nobody can stay in the lobby. She also told him there is an emergency room in the hotel for waiting but did not show him where that room is so he was forced to go outside in the cold and wait for his ride. To the general manager of this hotel, please take this review into strong consideration and know that your customers are not treated welcomed by this specific front desk receptionist. She is not suited to work with people because she is extremely unfriendly especially towards foreigners.
