  hotel excelente

  hotel perfecto para negocios, convenciones o simplemente pasar un buen fin de semana en un entorno agradable. Servicio y hotel magníficos. El restaurante tiene una terraza exterior en la que puedes desayunar o cenar. Habitaciones muy bien decoradas con una limpieza y un cuidado excelentes.

  Great hotel

  Only reason I didn't give a complete 5 star rating, out of 4 nights of having dinner at hotel 2 of those had bad to horrible attention at dinner. One of those waited for entire hour for waiter just to realize we were in his section (not a big place) then took our order...waited ANOTHER HOUR then followed up with waiter to find out he lost it, re-took order and it was a constant follow up all night with this guy. Second night, same story with same guy but I was clued in to this guys lack of attention to detail and short attention span- kept him in check. Other two meals fantastic! And entire staff were professional, courteous, and all around great. Hotel is a little out of the way as far as nearest town and things to do. Beaches are not too far of a drive. Hotel room was very clean and hotel staff are amazing. The decor was racing inspired with F-1 memorabilia everywhere. Being a European racing enthusiast I really enjoyed the atmosphere. Also Enjoyed sitting out every evening on the patio having a cocktail or two and having a cigar. It was fun talking to other folks from other countries while they were on holiday. A first time traveler to Southern France I was really empresses with similarities Southern France and the Southern US had in common with hospitality and warmth. If ever in the area of Le Castellet I'd recommend the hotel for many reasons listed above.

  Bar staff very rude

  The hotel is situated really close to Paul Ricard Race Circuit. The lobby staff are polite and helpfu,l the rooms are clean and comfortable. The food is good. However the bar staff were extremely rude and very argumentative. So much so that I would never go there again. I saw them showing obvious signs of irritation/anger to several customers....

  Well equipped modern hotel

  I had a brief, one night stay here in June 2018 (room 232). The hotel is smart and modern, with a large swimming pool at the back. The room was a good size and had air-conditioning (important given how hot it gets here in summer). The shower was excellent and there were enough electrical sockets for recharging. The hotel wifi was free and operated at a decent speed. The receptionist that I encountered was capable and friendly, and the hotel had plenty of parking. To be honest the hotel seemed better than its three star rating.

  Bad food, bad pillows, no shower door

  We use this hotel during the racing season as it's only 500 meters from the track entrance. Staff is nice and courteous and most have a working knowledge of English. Rates are reasonable and rooms are clean. Terrible pillows and only three for the typical room. I recommend that guests bring extra pillows of better quality. There's no shower door so you need to be careful not to splash water outside the shower. The heating and cooling system is centrally controlled so be sure to check with front desk that it's activated. This system appears to live a life of its own. If you turn AC off before going to bed it typically restarts during the night. Ample parking and fairly capable wifi. Nice swimming pool in the summer. The food used to be great but has gradually deteriorated over the last couple of years. Avoid dinner in restaurant and especially the bar. Breakfast OK early in the morning but goes downhill later.
