  The structure is really badly designed. It's so loud - you can hear everyone passing by, especially in the night as the sound echoes in the halls and all units have windows into the interior hallway. The rooms next to the pool are practically in the pool and there is no space next to the pool to put your things if you're swimming so everyone is really on top of each other. The buildings are so close together. The whole place is so claustrophobic. The apartments are really poorly maintained. The shower didn't have warm water (you could choose freezing or scalding), the gas on the stove couldn't be turned off, then couldn't be turned on after the maintenance man came, the bunk beds had no safety rails at all, the furniture was dirty or broken (stained chairs, bathroom units in need of replacing). The wifi doesn't work 90% of the time. The air conditioning doesn't work unless you find someone who can give you a remote. Parking is not free. There were two people on hand to check in all the guests arriving on Saturday, arrival day, leading to an excrusciating delay after a long journey with small children. I'm sure there's more but that's all I can remember.
