  Great Location and Hotel

  My sister and I stayed at this hotel because it was very close to our nieces wedding/reception venue (about 11 minute drive), and I am a Hilton Honors member. There are many restaurants and stores nearby. Easy access/exiting to the interstate. The hotel receptionists and staff were very friendly and accommodating. Our room and bathroom were very clean, stocked with plenty of towels, etc., and the area was very quiet. The Hilton brand is consistent with quality, cleanliness and convenience. Great job!

  Wonderful stay

  Fantastic place to stay at, for the price. Friendly staff that treated us with kindness knowing we were there because of a death. Thank you Grace and the night staff!!!!!!! Loved, loved, loved the room and the bed. Plan to stay anytime I'm in the area.

  Clean & Safe

  This property was nice and clean which is very important during this pandemic. I felt safe in and around the building. Two restaurants just across the parking lot made lunch or dinner very easy. Cassandra and James at the front desk were delightful.

  Owner should be embarrassed

  Its embarrassing for Hilton to be involved with this property. The pool, way to cold to swim in, which ended up not being a problem as our kids were too disgusted to get in after seeing the amount of dirt in the water. The hot tub is broken, based on how they cut the heat to the rooms it seems like they just dont want to heat it. We were shocked on how cold the rooms are. We quickly turned the heat up and left as the room was in the 50s. We just checked in tonight and thankfully only staying one night. We shall see what tomorrow morning will bring. If around McKinney, I would suggest driving 10 minutes in either direction and find a different Hilton property.

  UNexceptional poorly ran place.

  I was in McKinney, Tx for work and had booked a room at the Hampton inn. When I arrived I found out my reservation had been canceled and the room had been gave away. This was during the recent snow and ice event North Texas experienced. The person working at the desk told me that if I booked the room through any of the online apps those are just scams. I then went on to inform her I had used the Hilton App and her tune changed. She started making excuses left and right. She verified my address by reading it to me then went on to tell me there was no contact number for them to call me and tell me my room was cancelled. Then she had the nerve to tell me the card I booked with had been declined. I asked how that could possibly be true as I had less than 20 mins prior to arriving had spent $50 on fuel. Needless to say I will never be staying at that so called business for any future events, NEVER!
