  Very Clean & Comfy

  Clean, quiet and comfortable. Just what we needed. The friendly owner greeted us upon arrival. He shared with us the best places to visit in Albany, places to eat and best spots to catch the sunrise and sunset. Will highly recommend to family and friends.

  Love this place

  We stayed for two nights. The units are very clean and well maintained. Modern furnishings. The owners are friendly and very accommodating. Nothing is too much trouble. Do yourself a favour and stay her. Well located for all the sights and the town.

  Helpful hosts

  The managers live on site and are always on hand to make life easier. Just ask them. The room was comfortable and clean. It was easy to cater. Lovely location. You can walk along the coast and go to the end of the peninsular too. Very well placed for easy access to the town.

  Unexpectedly needed accommodation in Albany at the last minute. Found a gem. Great value;Lovely helpful Owners;Exceptionally clean and tidy; comfortable; everything we needed for a place allowing to cook a meal (could not fly home next day with food) BBQ plus all facilities in room to cook with, eat with. View of lovely grassed area with chairs to add to comfort. Good beds. Well done.

  well priced, basic, convenient place to stay in Albany

  I have stayed at in a hotel room at this great little place when working in Albany and find it to be clean, convenient, budget friendly, with all you need for a short stay. The location is great, just a bit out of town, it is quiet and there is a large area of beautiful green grass out the back and washing machine facilites on site. There is a small kitchenette with bar fridge and microwave, which is super convenient. The rooms are basic, but clean and have everything you require, along with free wifi The managers live on site and are so friendly. Trevor is always around to help with anything at all, little touches like turning the heater on before arrival are such lovely touches and really appreciated. I would defintiitely recommend this place to stay if you are looking for no frills, well priced, clean and friendly accomodation
