  Definitely Not a 4 Star!

  Our King room was old and in need of repair/updating. (Grout dirty, Lampshade water stained, countertop chipped, etc.) The bathroom is so small you cannot use it without walking around the toilet to open/close the door. They say they are sanitizing during COVID but they do not even wipe down the luggage carts and handles that everyone touches. So I'm skeptical about their cleaning processes. Wouldn't stay there again for the nearly $200 we paid.

  Country club

  The staffs are so awesome, could not thank them enough. Rooms are small - ish, but this place has country club feel. Maintenance issues needs to be addressed. There was some small smell in room though.

  Dont waste your money

  I booked this hotel without reading reviews or really even looking at it. Just trusted the name and the price $130/night. Very old hotel needs major updating. Rooms are super small and housekeeping sucks. The first room we checked into had food under the bed. The second room we thought was better but woke up to roaches on the ceiling over our head. We were then given a 3rd room. Staff was very accommodating and apologetic and the manager refunded us for one nights stay. It was still disappointing and not worth the time or money. Stay away.

  not Covid friendly as advertised

  I was disappointed that this hotel went out of its way to send an email in advance stating how they were taking Covid special precautions. When we arrived, I was delighted to have a remote check in and find very few cars in the parking lot. Since the price is decent, I rented 2 rooms so my kids could stay in an adjoining room. When we arrived at the room, we found that we had been assigned two rooms next to each other but not adjoining, although one of the rooms did have the capacity to do so. We called down to the front desk and someone said he would call us back. He never did. Additionally, it soon became apparent that the hotel had booked us all in the exact same hallway on the same floor as there were constantly people in the hall. There were literally 10 cars in the parking lot and they put us all in rooms right on top of each other. Since it was an older hotel, the noise traveled and we could hear noise from the rooms on either side of us loud and clear....in addition to the person with a terrible cough who was, of course, in that room that theoretically adjoined to ours...thus scaring us since there was a shared door between us and the person who sounded very ill. The hotel did not temperature check us upon arrival so it made us further ill at ease. Finally, when a survey was sent to us, I wrote every bit of this and got....a form reply NOT addressing a single thing I wrote. This is why I am writing this review here so others are aware!

  Under renovation

  The stay was ok. We requested an upper floor, away from the elevators and we got right next to the elevators. The rooms were tired. They were just mediocre and not up to modern standards. The hot water wasnt hot in my opinion either. They are renovating the hotel so Im sure theyll be bringing it up to Hilton standards but the rooms we stayed in werent there yet. They are requiring masks and have boxed breakfasts which we took one to go when we checked out. Also I kind of needed a business center and due to the renovations, there isnt one at this time. Once they finish the lobby there will be one again.
