    Nice hotel, horrible staff!

    I dont recommend anyone staying at this property due to the fact the customer service there is very poor! Upon arriving at the hotel I was informed by the front desk agent there would be no housekeeping service for stay over guest due to COVID which is understandable so later that day I called down and asked for towel sets and a laundry bag. The front desk person (not the same who checked me in) told me I could come down to get them. Not the Hilton way! I wanted them brought to my room being that Im the guest at the hotel. When I came down, she wasnt even present at the desk I stood there for about 5 minutes and no one helped me until I yelled HELLO she brought out what I had asked for so she knew exactly who I was and she had an attitude as if I was an inconvenience to her. Not just her but multiple staff at the hotel (I only dealt with female staff members) were rude and acted like they were just here for a check! This property is not what Hilton stands for and is not Hilton they just have the Hilton name and rewards! And this is definitely not how you treat a Hilton honors GOLD MEMBER! I will never be staying at this property again!

    Disaster

    The staff here is awful. Nobody at the front desk. Ashley checked me out when she finally showed up. Never said a word, just asked what my room number was and passed me my receipt. No food for breakfast, not even to go bags for three days. No room cleaning in three days. Apparently if you want that you have to request it the day before. Ram Hotels owns this property. Ill be avoiding their hotels in the future.

    Convenient and comfortable

    My only real complaint was that I did not find the room to be as clean as I expected. It was fine, but other properties I have stayed in recently were spotless. The bagged breakfast was lacking. Ive had better at Hampton properties. The service was quite good and I enjoyed talking with the bartender. Good location for shopping and dining.

    Dissatisfied Customer

    I made a reservation for a King room, instead they took my money and put me in a double room with handicap accessibility without informing me. When I went to the front desk and spoke to Agent Stormy she told me the hotel was booked and I will have to settle for that room. I then called Corporate who hung up on me the first time, so I called back, the corporate agent called Stormy who totally lied about the whole ordeal. Corporate still didnt resolve the issue. I have to mention the room was not clean as well. My advise is not to use this hotel, customer service sucks on both the location and corporate level, Marriott is much better.

    Multiple small complaints equals dissatisfaction

    My husband and I stayed here for one night en route to Florida. We expected the usual HGI amenities even with Covid issues, as we have had that at other HGIs since the onset of Covid. First off, the room smelled awful, like old or overused cleaning solutions were used to clean the room. You know...like the smell when the school janitor left the mop in the bucket too long. Definitely not the usual clean smell of other hotels we have had to stay in since the onset of the pandemic. And it just wasnt as clean as it should be. There was spilled coffee on the base of the table by the easy chair that was not ours, and it looked like it had been there awhile. The other thing is were gold members, meaning I have spent thousands and thousands of dollars staying at the Hilton brand hotels. And we have always received complimentary hot breakfast at HGGIs even during the pandemic. Here you receive the continental breakfast which there was basically nothing to choose from. We probably would have been better off at the Hampton Inn as someone else noted in their recent review. I spend that much money with your hotel chain, and you cant even throw a couple of scrambled eggs and strips of bacon my way, as you said you would when we were assigned the higher level membership? Hmmm wont stay here again on our way to visit our daughter.
