  Super cómodo y agradable.

  Estuve 1 semana por negocios. Excelente la habitación, muy cómoda y con todo lo necesario. Perfecto el wifi en todo el hotel. Muy bueno el desayuno. La atención del personal buenísima, siempre atentos y bien predispuestos a ayudar. Buena ubicación y cerca de los mejores mall. Super recomendable. Volveré.

  Excelente hotel, el servicio y la Atención son muy buenas, las instalaciones son hermosas, el proceso de check in y check out es muy sencillo y son flexibles, el desayuno sea delicioso y el Personal de todo el Hotel es muy amable

  Good Richmond Hotel

  The staff was very friendly. The hotel is near everything in short pump. Takes only about 20 minutes to get to downtown Richmond. The room was clean well. The bathroom was larger than i thought. Ample parking near the lobby. Felt very safe.

  Great Hotel in Short Pump Area

  Stayed one night while on business in January, and left with a favorable experience. The guest room was standard for a Hilton, very clean, nicer finishes, sizeable bathroom, and expected amenities. The sleep quality was outstanding, and made me wish I had another night or two at that hotel. This is a full service Hilton, so there is nice fitness center, pool, on-site restaurant, spa, etc. The location is perfect for shopping and dining, and access to 288 and I-64 are within a short drive. There is plenty of parking and even an underground parking garage for those chilly or rainy nights. The staff were all very kind and professional as well. I would highly recommend this hotel, and look forward to staying again in the future.

  Took almost 2 hours for a room

  My husband surprised me for Valentines Day with a stay at the Hilton Hotel and Spa. It was a much needed getaway that required him requesting leave (military) months ahead of time for him to be able to come visit. We were so excited for our mini vacation and had high hopes since we had stayed here years ago on our wedding night and created amazing memories. We had a 3 pm check in time, arrived on time and were told the room was still being cleaned and it would take a half hour. We understand that cleaning practices would take longer during the Coronavirus pandemic; and as a healthcare worker I absolutely appreciate the added effort. We went to a restaurant nearby, ordered food and brought it back hoping to enjoy it in our room. At 3:30 were told it would take another 30 minutes as the room was still being cleaned. We were a little annoyed at this point and asked if we could get another room. We were told that there were no other rooms available so we decided to just wait. We sat in the car and waited, even went and grabbed a coffee. At 4:15 my husband went to the lobby and checked on the room, hoping to get the room key so we could go settle in and eat our meal. Apparently the room was still not clean. We didnt get a room until 4:45 and it was a different room than our original one, the new room did not have a bathtub. The whole situation was off putting and unnecessarily annoying and disappointing. We ended up deciding not to extend our stay here and left the following day. We were looking forward to a lovely stay like last time and to create more beautiful memories. I had hopes of including this hotel into our future anniversary plans and other little getaways but after this experience I do not think we will be back. For the price we paid we were expecting to at least have our room on time or a later check in time. Again, so very disappointing. Do yourself a favor and look at other hotels that will honor their check in time and not have you waiting for almost 2 hours.
