  Excelente hotel

  Estuvimos una noche en este hotel el 19 de mayo, y nos encanto, muy cómodo, acogedor, más de lo que esperaba de un hotel de aeropuerto. Lo recomiendo totalmente, y el personal muy agradable. Es limpio, y las camas muy cómodas, como se caracteriza por los hoteles Hilton. La foto es de la vista desde mi habitación

  Mucho más que un hotel de aeropuerto

  Un servicio de shuttle al aeropuerto muy bueno 24h. Cada 20 minutos. al llegar ya observas que es un hotel de dimensiones no propias de un aeropuerto . Amplio, señorial y con habitaciones igualmente grandes y muy bien equipadas El desayuno buffet muy bueno y encima estás frente a la conexión del tren para ir al centro de la ciudad Encontramos este hotel por casualidad al llegar muy tarde al aeropuerto y nos quedamos muy contentos

  Lousy Hotel Doesnt Live Up to Its Name

  Im not sure I would ever stay in this hotel again. We had a king bed that had to be one of the most uncomfortable bed weve ever experienced & up until Covid we used to stay in Hiltons and Hampton Inns throughout the country. Way too much walking to even get to a room off an elevator. And were exercise regulars. But very close to the airport.

  Perfect for an airport layover

  Stayed at the Hilton SeaTac during an overnight connection, and couldn't be happier with the experience. Hotel was clean, secure and comfortable. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. They run an airport shuttle every 30 minutes, or it's a straightforward 15 minute walk from the terminal (just follow the signs to the light rail station and take the footbridge across International Blvd to get to the hotel). Not well signposted, but easy enough...as long as your luggage has wheels! Would definitely stay here again.

  Avoid This One!

  As a Marriott Bonvoy Titanium, it takes a lot for me to stray from my Marriott properties. However, this was one time I was forced to. There was a big snow storm in Seattle, resulting in my getting stuck overnight near the airport. I tried to book the airport Marriott, but it was sold out. My next choice was this Hilton, due to its proximity to the airport. When I booked this hotel, I did sign up for Hilton's loyalty program (won't need to pursue that now), thinking that I could possibly split my loyalty between two brands. There was absolutely nothing about this hotel that would entice me to try any other Hilton - and I understand every brand has disappointing hotels, but this was my first impression and you only have one chance to make a first impression. This hotel is very dated. That was obvious from the minute I walked in. Check-in was quick, with a staff member who was disinterested in welcoming me or telling me anything about the hotel. The walk to my room was through very long, dated and creepy corridors. Once in the room, a musty smell was obvious. The room was outdated and the bathroom was dirty. There was a stench of urine coming from the toilet, like it hadn't been cleaned properly, making the towels in the bathroom smell the same. The shower head was coming off of the wall and long black hairs were all over the shower (including one big bunch of black hair in a tangle). This was a short night for me - I only had a few hours to sleep - so I just went right to bed (slept well in the comfy bed) and tried to get the night over with. This hotel needs a lot of work. Everything was dreary and depressing and dirty. I won't be back and can't recommend this hotel to anyone. Sorry, Hilton, you lost me.
