  Very impressed!!!

  We were pleasantly surprised from the minute we walked into the lobby. Room was very clean, bed was comfortable, shower was great with good water pressure and room, breakfast was hot and fresh with a lot of choices. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

  Racist hotel

  I was in town with my uncle and 2 children and I was there visiting friends - because I used to live in Cartersville. We stayed from Saturday til Friday and had a wonderful time until the last day. 30 mins before check out- the hotel manager accused me and my uncle of smoking marijuana in the hotel. And told me we must leave immediately and that we would be charged extra. We were there for 6 days but today we were smoking marijuana?? When my uncle went down to check out the hotel manager immediately starts yelling and cussing at my uncle and refers to me as my uncles wife. I had met up with a friend for coffee that morning so clearly we HAD to be responsible for that smell. Why else would I be having coffee that morning with a black man. I will never return to this hotel and I frequent the area since I have friends there.

  No Complaints

  Easy access from 1-75. Newer Property. Indoor pool. Clean. Well stocked breakfast and friendly staff working the breakfast area and front desk. Wish the room fridge had a freezer compartment. Nothing more to add. I would recommend this property.

  3 rooms later, nastiest HI I've ever seen

  First let me say I am a frequent traveler, and an IHG Rewards member. I stay at a LOT of hotels across the country, including a lot of Holiday Inns. My first room at this hotel in Cartersville was really damp and musty- manager didn't take my word for it so she came up and verified. The second room she stepped in and verified it had no smell. Good. Too bad she didn't go the bathroom- it had mold all over the showerhead, and the inside and outside of the shower. I was exhausted from my long trip but called and got a third room. Mold not as bad, however the toiletries had been used, and the toilet seat was up with hair in toilet, sheets look slept in...I asked front desk for a discount and was refused by mgr/owner. He argued with me. Told me to leave even. Unbelievable unprofessional and rude. I did leave. In my experience Holiday Inns are generally good, but this hotel is something else, makes the chain look pretty bad to allow this one under the banner. Additionally the rest of hotel was dirty and not maintained either. Don't believe the great reviews lol.

  New, clean, comfortable

  Stayed here on way to family. Rooms are very clean, beds comfortable, also good shower water pressure. Covid restrictions are in place. Friendly staff. Hot breakfast is back too. Would highly recommend this hotel.
