  He visitado este hotel con mucha frecuencia, de echo incluso obtenido puntos con la fidelity card como para pasar 1 mes gratis...es un hotel normal que esta apartado del centro de Lichfield y que tiene un restaurante al lado, e incluso un gimnasio si se quiere hacer algo de deporte. El desayuno seria simplemente "enough" .

  Holiday Inn Express en toda su expresión.

  Hotel cómodo, accesible, limpio y funcional. Desayuno decente. Alejado del centro de Lichfield pero dando un largo paseo se puede llegar a pie. Si vas de viaje de negocios es una buena elección al estar muy bien comunicado. Servicio correcto.

  Good value for money

  We stayed here after a half term day out at Alton towers. We arrived at 10pm and left the next day at 10am. The rooms were clean and functional. Good social distancing practiced by the staff. Bed was comfy. The heating was a little tempremental and I did wake up too hot but hey ho! Breakfast was limited but lovely hot sausage baps, choice of cereal and pastries - some fresh fruit and proper Orange juice rather than squash wouldve been nice. Overall good value for money and a good location for our next days activity

  Trip to collect my daughter for a funeral

  I needed to stay near Shenstone in order to collect my daughter for a family funeral. As I live abroad, I was using my daughter's car for my extended stay in the UK. The Holiday inn express was a perfect. Location, affordable and compiled with the tier restrictions of the day. Check in was smooth and friendly along with instructions on ordering food and the need to remain in the room when eating. The room looked clean with a comfortable bed and clean bathroom. My one concern would have been to see some visibly.comfirmation that the room/bathroom had been deep cleaned from any previous guest, but a minor concern. I slept well without any disturbance, collected my breakfast in the morning and left to collect my daughter. So the hotel was as expected, clean, comfortable and affordable. No complaints there. However, as I am writing this review, my daughter has received a parking ticket from the parking company that manages the hotel car park.when I registered for the hotel I gave the vehicle details of make model and registration, which allows me to park there for free. The parking fine States I was there for 15 hours which was the length of my stay. So my daughter is now having to appeal the ticket. This is a major breakdown of community the staff at the hotel. My assumption is that the vehicle would have been registered in the system and this major inconvenience should not have happened. Luckily I keep all my booking confirmation s so hopefully we will successfully appeal this. I was going to reduce this to a 2 star review, but I did leave my phone in the room and was able to collect it an hour or so after leaving, so they gained a star back for that. So, for a night the hotel is fine, comfortable and friendly. Just make sure they register your vehicle details properly or expect a hefty parking fine.

  Nice Location

  I have a young family with a 2 and 6 year old. The hotel is next to a McDonalds which is great if you have young kids. This was also an excellent and inexpensive base for us to Drayton Manor and the SnowDome. The breakfast is a buffet and not too bad. The receptionists were excellent while the room was alright. I would come back since this is a great base for Alton Towers, Drayton Manor, Snow Dome and more while not spending too much out of our pockets.
