  Great for a quick stay outside Phoenix

  This newer Holiday Inn Express property hit the spot in terms of our one-night stay needs. Check-in was a breeze, and the woman behind the counter (Cindy) was so super nice and accommodating. She recognized my elevated IHG Rewards Club status and upgraded our room right away. The room was spacious with all the typical amenities and plenty of unique lighting options throughout the layout. The only "gripe" was the highway noise, but that is unavoidable due to its close proximity to the roadway. Beds were super soft and comfy with a mountain of pillows to choose from. Morning breakfast had all the usual (meal) suspects, including those yummy, warm cinnamon rolls. Area was well stocked and clean. Check-out was smooth and overall the property is a good value for the dollar / points spent.

  Good stay!

  We stopped during a long road trip for a move. We had a last minute check in, no issues at all. Room was updated, nice. Perfect for our needs. Nice shower! Breakfast was just rightplenty of options for everyone for a free breakfast. Eggs, premade omelets, sausages, pancakes, croissants, muffins, fruit, oatmeal, yogurt. Parking our moving truck plus trailer was super easy in the dirt lot next to the hotel. This is information that is extremely lacking on websites that I think is needed for folks who are doing a move with a U-Haul towing a car. I am no expert at backing up trailers AT ALL. Finding the hotel was a bit tricky, but turn at the road by the Circle K and youll find it. I could see how some people think the hotel was noisy, but I slept like a baby. We turned the room fan on for some white noise and it was perfect. The gal that checked us in was super nice. (Night of 2/27/2020).

  Clean and comfortable

  This hotel is fairly new. All the staff we met were super nice. The rooms were clean and beds comfortable. I love how some of the the Holiday Inn Express hotels have a set of shampoo, conditioner and shower gel fastened in the shower. All you have to do is pump it out. No more little plastic bottles. (All that plastic is not good for the environment anyway). The only reason I knocked it down a point was because of the price. I felt almost $200 a night was a bit steep.

  Very nice experience!

  We stayed here to be close to the ACT testing at Youngker High School. We had a great stay and appreciated the hot breakfast (modified for COVID) The room was clean. The location was close to the freeway and close to the school.

  Comfortable Hotel

  We arrived late afternoon and didnt have any issues getting checked in. I noticed a lot of highway noise in the parking lot when we arrived and planned to ask for a room that would be in a quieter area but we got side tracked and we didnt ask for it. It was noisy through out the night with loud vehicles and sirens. The only issue I had was when I asked the food server if they had orange juice and she said I have whats in there and pointed to a cooler where cartons were lined up. I told her I didnt have my glasses on and couldnt see what was offered. She never said another word, handed me my breakfast and did hand me the juice too. All she needed to say was yes we have orange juice. Our room was very nice and clean, bed was very comfortable and front desk staff was friendly.
