  Perfectas instalaciones para profesionales

  No es un hotel al que vendrías de vacaciones, pero es perfecto para trabajo. Habitación muy grande, con una pequeña cocina y sala de estar... Puedes relajarte del día. Piscina, gimnasio... A poca distancia andando hay cines y algún restaurante. Tiene un servicio de shuttle local que puede ser útil. Perfecto si tienes que ir a Nestlé solon

  Dirty and run down

  This hotel and staff are in dire need of an overhaul. Filthy and lazy housekeeping. Moved rooms to one that at least got a surface cleaning. Hallways are dirty with carpet stains everywhere. Avoid this location.

  Great stay.

  Nice hotel. Suites are accommodating for birthday parties. Staff was good and very nice. Definitely would stay again. Love that they have breakfast. Pool could of been a little warmer for it being an indoor pool.

  Some effort

  We own a family business, and this is the first time we have traveled to the customer as a family since COVID. Previously, we traveled together each week. In an attempt to have something for our three year old to do, we stayed at this hotel because the pool is open. We went one time and found it in useable. There was trash all over the pool deck as well as chlorine pellets that appeared to have been spilled when adding. There was a lot of hair floating in the pool. I had to break my daughters heart and tell her we could not swim because I did not feel it was sanitary or safe. Walls are quite thin. We were kept up two straight nights by people partying until after 2 am. The front desk staff are kind, which is why I give them more than a one star. Housekeeping is embarrassing. Several very old looking stains throughout on things like shower curtains, tile by the bathroom sink, completely disgusting dining room chairs. The most concerning thing for us was the housekeeping staff member who I stopped just before he walked into my room with no mask covering his face. I had wiped every surface with Clorox wipes upon entering the room, but if someone is coming in breathing and touching things with no mask, what was the point? I would not stay here with young children who want to touch and explore. I was fairly anxious the entire stay about the lack of care taken to clean properly.

  Underwhelmed

  Upon arriving, the front desk staff was pleasant. We then went to the room and were completely underwhelmed. There was not a sign for the "Hilton CleanStay" seal on the door. The entire room needed to be refurbished. Not only were the dining chairs absolutely dirty with stains, so was the carpet. The desk and tables had nail polish (blue and red) and were scratched. All the doors , handles. and light switches were visibly dirty with makeup/lipstick/grime on them. The floor in the bathroom had dirt build up that would need to be scrubbed (not mopped) to clean. The sink in the bathroom was cracked and the hair dryer would not stay on the holder attached to the wall. All the fixtures were extremely dusty. Our A/C was not cooling our room either. We requested a new room and there was not another one available to accommodate our family of 5. I don't think it would matter even if we switched rooms. The cleaning staff was not wearing masks. I requested Lysol wipes to wipe down every surface we would touch. The manager came to check on the A/C and a maintenance person fixed it while we were away for the evening. Our room was on the 4th floor and for all the issues we had earlier, it was an extremely quiet stay and we did not hear any other guest noise. Although the pool was open, it was not an option as my husband found out the hotel allows non-overnight guests to use the pool as a day rate. The pull out sofa was in desperate need of a new mattress and one of my children had a sore back from a spring poking up. Our room did not have a "do not disturb" sign and I was not aware that housekeeping would be coming into our room - based on the Hilton website they shouldn't - and much to my surprise we had fresh towels placed in our room and the trash out. The following day I requested a sign and someone delivered it to our door. In addition to the above issues, our key cards and digital keys were not working properly and we had to get them reset 3 times as they stopped working. This was over the course of the stay.
