  Fantastico!

  Simplemente encantador!!! El Personal habla Varios Idiomas y son muy amables. Las habitaciones muy amplias y muuuuuuy limpias. Muy Buenos Restaurants en pallenza, preciosa orilla Del Lago para Campinar y a 10 min. Caminando esta una playa Publica, con un local precioso y tambien hay una piscina privada. Nosotros ya hemos regresado a Este Hotel 2 Veces y las Dos han Sido con Vista al Lago y con Balcon. Fantastico!!!! Volveria Siempre!! Hermoso lugar

  Buena relación calidad precio

  Hotel correcto, sin alardes, aunque el desayuno es mejorable. Lo mejor, a parte del precio, es la ubicación, justo frente al lago y junto a la terminal de barcos que te llevan a Isola Bella, Isola Madre, etc.

  Hotel is in the middle of Pallanza, opposite the boat station

  The hotel offers B&B and half board. We took half board and the food was excellent, with a choice of food for each course. The breakfasts were buffet style with a large choice of items. The room we had was at the front overlooking the lake. The boat station is across the road and frequent services provide access to the Borromean Islands and Stresa. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

  Exaggerated star rating

  The hotel in good location with very misleading star rating. Rather poor breakfast with cheapest products on the market. Dirty rooms full of insects and spider nets, very old smelly carpeting on the stairs. The furniture from eighties, shower poles are so old that the layers of metal are coming out. The silicone became black... BEWARE of Personal stealing things from the room. BEWARE of terribly noisy hard rock music from the next door places every night that makes your bed tremble up to 12.30. No safe in the room, you have to keep your valuables at the reception, but they do not have the grace to advice that you have to pick up your things before 11 pm, so if you decide to leave for any reason because of your circumstances you cannot do that!

  Comfortable with good service

  This is a good hotel which merits 4 stars but no more. The rooms are comfortable and well equipped with electrical sockets. The service from the reception desk is excellent. The restaurant serves good food but eating dinner there once is probably enough. Breakfast is average. It is very well located with good parking and being easy to walk around the town. The ferry to the Borromeo Islands is opposite the front door.
