  Ok at a push

  Front of hotel is a roadworks at present, no prewarning. 4 floors no lifts. Had a superior room but it was fairly small but clean. Air con not able to cope with the hot weather. About a 10 min walk to anywhere interesting. Did not try the food.

  Very disapointted

  Bad service, very hot and dirty rooms without any air conditioning. Parking was not available. We try to change our rooms to better ones, but i wasnt possible. After all staff were rude and serviced us poorly. I think anything else is better in Troyes or small hotels which located out of town.

  Nice hotel

  Stayed one night at the end of June, no booking ahead, just called on the off-chance. Lovely, clean, spacious air-conditioned room in the attic. Welcoming staff who recommended top restaurant. Secure, albeit tiny, car parking spaces. Great breakfast. Second-to-none customer service: left gold chain and pendant behind; called the hotel to notify; paid fee to have the jewelry returned to England; long saga due to incompetent English post office, but receptionists Natalie and Emilie couldn't have done more to help me. Would recommend this hotel every time.

  Cool place to relax !!

  I was there as a solo trip to Troyes and about 3 nights. The room quite beautiful and clean..... Service are great and check in process was cool !!! I will come to stay there once again when I visit Troyes. Highly recommended

  Rude and unaccommodating - book the Kyriad Hotel

  We stayed here during our final road trip around France in our camper van as a treat. When making the booking it said that we would pay at the hotel. 3 days before arriving we rang up to see if we could reserve some parking and the lady we talked to took our details and said it was reserved. On arriving the lady at the front desk demanded payment despite us telling and showing her itd been taken out of our bank account. We tried really hard to talk to her in French but there were some words we didnt understand however we believe it was payment to confirm the pending transaction... we then asked where the secure parking was as at the front of the hotel was road works (which we werent told about) and looked as though they were blocking the entrance to the parking lot. She said there was no parking. When we told her wed rang up 3 days ago she told us we were wrong and there was no parking. This lady was extremely blunt and although we tried our best to converse in French it felt as though she was mocking us. Our camper van had a lot of valuable things in, including the camper van itself and wed chosen the hotel on the premise of its secure parking! We rang around a few hotels for secure parking and the Kyriad (about 20 min walk away) had secure parking for 10 a night, they were extremely helpful and the hotel looked beautiful - wish wed stayed there!
