  Great staff

  Stayed here for business with a group, staff were very friendly and helpful - especially getting a taxi at short notice! Rooms were clean, comfortable and modern and a free cooked breakfast the following morning. Perfect for what we needed. Particular kudos to the lady on reception around 4pm 13/03/2020 she was excellent.

  Room was clean. Staff seemed putout to offer any kind of help. The excuse for the restaurant, a term I will use very loosely, was in short, appalling, to the point on the second night of my week stay I decided to eat out. Breakfast was equally poor. If this is the offerings of a fully equipped kitchen then Im afraid that it falls way below standards expected with the price tag. In short, not recommended.

  Here for work

  Just started my second week her for work and I just have to say that the staff here are amazing.. the room is the usual nice standard that ibis offer but what makes this ibis different is the staff. Lorna was lovely and accommodating but the lovely Daniella was a hive of activity busy from. The moment i walked in the building till the time I went to bed, cheery affable and engaging wonderful member of staff.. give this girl a raise!!

  Great service

  Decided on stopping for eleveness-great selection of cake on offer. One way systems and protective screens in place-all correct procedures whilst maintaining a friendly environment, will visit again.!

  Family visit

  Visiting family in the area we stayed 2 nights midweek. Value for money and hotel seemed to be really quiet. Room was worth the money even though my wife prefers a bath. Breakfast brought to you was about a 6/10 and in these testing times we were told our room wasnt made up because of covid 19 although they had been in the room to drop 2 more pillows off. Staff friendly and helpful and would stay here again. Thanks for the fee parking to.
