  ME ENCANTO!!! ES EXCELENTE!!!

  Vinimos desde Argentina de Luna de miel y pensábamos quedarnos una semana, pero como la atención y el confort es buenísimo nos quedamos DOS SEMANAS!!!! Ni lo duden!!! el mejor hotel de SARDEGNA!!! y eso que paseamos por Cagliari pero no hay nada mejor que un hotel en las montañas, lejos de TODO!! La comida es espectacular!!! todo casero!! HASTA EL HELADO!!!! y RiQUÍSIMA!!! Las habitaciones son un lujo y el precio es muy accesible!! SIN DUDA VOLVEREMOS!!! :) Gracias Rifugio por la hermosa luna de miel!!!

  Close to heaven

  We stopped for lunch and were very pleased with the facilities this place offered. Being situated in the midst of some fantastic scenery made the whole experience delightful. The Rifugio is deceitfully large, capable of seating over 300. The entrance has maps of local climbs and walks and would seem to be a great place to stay. For a mid-week lunch we were surrounded by around 25 other people most of whom were local workers. The menu was pretty standard for the area and very keenly priced. My mixed grill was just 8.5 euros and a litre of excellent wine was just 5 euros. We shared a plate of charcuterie which was pretty tasty and my mother-in-law, who is very hard to please and was born in nearby Perdasdefogu, really enjoyed her Culigones. My wife had generous sized seafood risotto which was well cooked but not exceptionable. My mixed grill was delicious and truly excellent value. A delicious double expresso was just 1 euro. Service was perfectly good and everything seemed well maintained and clean. Situated just off the road from Jerzu to Perdasdefugo at the head of a beautiful valley, this really is a great place to come and unwind. Pizza is available in the evening and there were some interesting choices on the menu.

  Just a delusion - una delusione completa

  I've been in this restaurant many times and in various occasions, enjoying the food, the nature and the lovely service of this place. With my last visit all pleasant memories were whipped off and replaced by a infinite delusion and sadness! We booked a table for 5 people thinking to risk not to find a place on a Thursday, instead 10 people all over the whole restaurant including the owner and the 2 waiters was what we found. We started with a sort of appetizer but wanted to focus on the main course, roasted goat and piglet meat, something this place was famous about! I was shocked seeing what they brought us, few pieces of different meat, crazily fat or just over cooked and 2 bowls of a sort of "pinzimonio" made up of 2 cucumber stripes and fridge cold tomatoes. I have to say the be disappointed doesn't explains the feeling even because I learned that the roasted meat wasn't fresh as in past but frozen. Asking for any other main dish, because we were still hungry, we found out that what we had,was the only choice paired with another sad meat dish. Even beverages besides a a special non filtered Icnusa beer (which actually was tasty and pleasant) were not even good enough to be mentioned. It's a scandal considering how close the wine yard of Jerzu is. Really, I'm sad about this review because loved this place, but that's just the truth. I'll surely not visiting it again nor will advice it to anyone! Sono stato in questo ristorante svariate volte portandomi via solo ricordi positivi su cibo, atmosfera e vino/birra. Questa volta non è così! Anzi sono totalmente deluso su tutta la linea, partendo da uno scarno antipasto, un arrosto misto capra e porcellino triste e povero, con poca carne dura e stracotta e tantissimo grasso accompagnato da un pseudo "pinzimonio" ancora più triste costituito da 2 insalatierine con pochi cetrioli e pomodori semi-gelati appena usciti dal frigo. Sono stato ancor più deluso nello scoprire che la tanto decantata carne del rifugio, sempre Fresca adesso è surgelata. Alla richiesta di avere un altro secondo visto che eravamo affamati ci è stato proposto ancora lo stesso arrosto od una fettina di carne. Il vino vanto del posto è scaduto come molto di cui sopra. Rimane una nota positiva la birra "non filtrata" Icnusa. Non ci tornerò e se interpellato lo sconsiglierò certamente!

  Apartado y tranquilo

  Buena opción de alojamiento económico y familiar. Las habitaciones están bien en líneas generales, los muebles son rústicos y el baño es bien espacioso. Tiene aparcamiento gratis cerca de los cuartos. Mi único inconveniente es que no funcionaba bien internet, la señal era débil y se cortaba de a ratos. El desayuno es básico y el pero esta bien por el precio de la habitación. Tiene un restaurante con precios ok y conveniente ya que no hay otra opción si no quieres ir hasta Jerzu. La Paz del lugar y las vistas son lo mejor del lugar. Esta alejado del pueblo, en pleno campo. La atención del personal es buena!

  Amazing place in a remote location

  The place is situated in the midst of the beautiful mountainous Ogliastra scenery. The place is very quiet and relaxing. The room was modest but very clean and tidy with a majestic view. Breakfast was varied and generous. On the occasions we ate there the food was excellent and very well priced. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend this place.
