    Excellent rooms, pool and front desk staff

    What an amazing stay! We stayed at this hotel on our way back to Seattle from California. The front desk staff is amazing. They made us feel welcome and accommodated our request for connecting rooms. They went out of their way to help us out find times for using the pool. The breakfast was very covid friendly - packed in individual boxes and bags. The rooms were clean. The hotel exceeded our expectations. The location is great as it is so close to restaurants, shopping etc. Overall a great stay>

    Exceptional

    The beds were some of the most comfortable I've ever slept in, for a hotel. The staff were super friendly, breakfast was delicious, and it was in the middle of a shopping center, and within distance of anything you would really want or need. The parking garage was also very convenient. I have always enjoyed staying at Hyatt's. This one is among the best.

    Reasonable pricing. Clean, safe, comfortable and great staff. I will continue to use and recommend the The Hyatt Place Eugene/Oakway. Having stayed at many 'high end' hotels for many years I did not expect the great service and stay I received.

    Best location and value in Eugene

    This location can't be beat: coffee shops, restaurants, Trader Joes, shopping all within 200 yards of the hotel. Parking is free and on location. Beautiful outdoor deck for cocktails and eating a meal, with fire pits and comfortable seating. Staff is friendly and willing to make your stay perfect. Some rooms have territorial views and all rooms have great temperature controlled ability - without noisy fans blowing. I won't stay anywhere else in Eugene for my future trips.

    I have never been to Eugene. Found the hotel and booked blndley. I was pleasantly surprised by the surrounding shopping and dining options. Super cute place to stay. Had a great time at the skybar. Hotel room was a lot bigger than I was expecting with a great view.
