  Gem of a hotel at a steal of a price !!

  Me and a friend stayed here for 2 nights (Fri & Sat). The welcome on checking was warm and genuine and for the gentleman on reception nothing was to much trouble. We opted to pay the £7.50 for breakfast and I was not disappointed ! The breakfast was cooked to order using fresh local ingredients and certainly filled me up on both days !. The room was spotlessly clean, the bed was super comfortable especially as I am of the fuller figure and so paid more for a bigger bed. At breakfast on Day 1 I mentioned that one of my bedroom windows was locked, came back that night and it was unlocked. If I come back to the North East again I would stay here again. The total price for 2 nights including breakfast was £90 - in my opinion an absolute bargain !.

  We stayed for 1 night.. What a beautiful hotel absolutely outstanding the service was fantastic the food out of this world everything cooked to order the rooms were excellent spotless and very modern the staff very friendly and welcoming couldn't do enough definitely booking again tgank you for a lovely stay

  Simply the best value, quality and service

  This is the first time we have stayed at this hotel but it won't be the last. From the time we arrived to the time we left the service couldn't have been better. The owner and staff were warm, friendly and very engaging. The room was absolutely beautiful and spotlessly clean. Facilities were really good for the price. We had breakfast here and I can tell you it was delicious and very filling! I particularly recommend the Lemonfield special. I have stayed in many hotels around the country, and I can tell you this is one of the best I have ever stayed at. Thank you to the staff and owners for making our stay so enjoyable.

  Excellent!

  From the moment I arrived until I left the staff were attentive courteous and helpful. The room was amazing! Very comfortable and clean. Great value for money! Ideal for a romantic get away. Id fully recommend this particular OYO Hotel.

  Covid break

  After almost 20 years we returned to Lemonfield for a well deserved break.We were pleasantly surprised that the Hotel was as good today as on our last visit.The welcome and ease of booking in with all the Covid regulations was seamless and we were shown to our room.The rooms are large,well decorated ,clean & comfortable with an en-suite bathroom.The breakfast is cooked freshly and is good value for money.Overall we had a wonderful break and the Hotel shares a very good location for the beach and seafront.
