    Good location staff and breakfast

This is an older style hotel that has been around for a long time. This is not a bad thing it means you have lots of services available. The breakfast was good and interesting with a wide variety of choices. The front desk staff was so friendly and spoke good English. Rivne is not a huge tourist destination we came here to see the tunnel of love. The rooms were not large but were good and the price was very fair and upgrading to a larger room or even one with a spa tub was possible. All prices were listed at the front desk and pricing was transparent. Good experience overall. We walked straight down the street from the train station but it is a short taxi or bus ride if you have much stuff. You are across from a park and easy walking distance across the park to a street with lots of restaurants and a mall.

    Very good

Well, this is very good hotel, especially for such a small city. Stuff is cute and polite, rooms are wide and clear. Probably, price should have been a little lower. They have a kind of tradition to give every guest a glass of beer as a gift. But sometimes you need to remind it. As for me, the only minus is a quite poor breakfest and lack of normal meal in the hotel restaurant. The views from higher floors are perfect as it's the highest building around.

The best hotel, that i have ever met

When I was in Rivne last month, I lived in a luxurious and comfortable hotel. It is a four-star hotel with friendly staff. They are capable of speaking a few languages, including Ukrainian, Russian and English. The hotel offers the first-class service and the most modern facilities for their guests. It is eight-storeyed building. The hotel is located in the center of Rivne. This hotel has 97 guestrooms that are furnished with air conditioners, cold and hot shower, telephone, Wi-Fi, interactive TV and minibar. Each floor has a special smoking room. There is also a car park, family rooms and an elevator in the hotel. All hotel guests can visit the gym, the sauna and the swimming pool for free. It is an ideal place for recreation and business purposes. It was an unforgettable to live in this hotel. I was really empressed by cleanliness and convenience. It was awesome!!!

    pricey for a 3-star hotel

On the 2nd of my 3-day stay in this purely Soviet style hotel - I'm referring to its name and its specific, now outdated architecture - I had to switch to a larger and pricier room because the space of my initial room ended looking unnervingly and unbearably small. The faucets and shower looked primitive in the smaller room and much better in the larger room. This shameful and dismaying hospitality "policy" dates back to the Soviet times, when it was customary in Soviet bloc countries to find hotel rooms priced according to the quality of the included amenities - the shabbier the room, the more "affordable" the price was. The 2 lifts running up and down next to each other are also small, dating back to the same old times. The girls at the reception desk looked absent minded and glued to their smart phones whenever I showed up in the lobby area. The security guards, also immersed into their phones once the daylight traffic dies down, keep the old bad habit of having the sliding doors (at the main entrance) working only partially right after dark, so I had to struggle with my luggage through those doors, since keeping a bellboy has always been seen in Soviet Union as something characteristic only to "capitalist societies". I found the supervisor of the front desk area, a blonde lady approaching retirement, most helpful - she behaved most professionally. To finish with the lobby area, the most appalling and reminiscent of the Soviet days scene was the sight of a cleaning lady using not a mop to clean the luxurious marbled floor but and immense and filthy rag with her own hands, while bending over I've seen her struggling with that slimy rag every single morning. To me, that looked like USSR in its most pristine outlook. The breakfast, included in the price, was disquietingly bland, insipid, and adjusted to the taste of factory workers and miners. I visited the hotel's restaurant just once and preferred to eat at a place close by, specialized in Asian cuisine and where the food was unexpectedly excellent.
