  We visited this hotel in August 2020. Small bottle of water 1.50 each Small cheap quality ice cream ready made 3.70 Frape in the breakfast is charged extra 3.00 each Breakfast free coffee was not even nescafe but lower quality It is in a good location In the nature Quiet Nice room

  Overpriced

  A 3star hotel at 120euro per night...no! we were curious to see what could possibly justify this...the view..? not enough. A dirty, make up stained towel is the last thing anyone would expect to find in their hotel room (for 120euro a night). In an unsuccessful attempt to defend his hotel, the manager and owner made things worse by letting slip that the towel (based on brand) was not even one used in the hotel! Almost insinuating that it was intentionally placed there! Who doesnt change the towels before the new tenants arrive?? and during a COVID-19 pandemic no less! Although we made quite a compelling case and won, the treatment we were exposed to would have been humiliating if we were completely clueless about our Consumers Rights. This is the main reason we left, but if you are interested in further comments keep reading. Let me begin by saying that my expectations of a hotel when I am on holiday are along the lines of "enjoying something better than what I am used to at home". That being said, this was our experience. Tacky and outdated decor (despite it's recent renovation). The "award winning breakfast"?...Debatable. People bending over the uncovered food platters trying to decide what they want and although there were "keep your distance" signs on the floor noone was actually following the rules nor did the staff remind people of the rules. Your coffee options were either from the automated coffee dispenser or make your own. Your basic options of cereal or no cereal and fruit. No bar service by the beach forcing you to get up and walk all the way back to the hotel lobby everytime you want a drink (i mean, come on, part of the luxury or service of being on holiday is that you dont have to do somethings for yourself). When you finally get a drink, it is served in a plastic cup, yet the hotel advertises a bio-friendly and "natural" attitude, hence the name "natura". The absence of a lift made it quite difficult for someone like my mother with a back problem to carry her luggage up the stairs..for 120euro per night...but at least there's a view??? Finally, even though we had no intention of dining at the hotel, we couldnt even if we wanted to as there are no restaurants. All in all, Natura is a place of tranquility with an amazing view no doubt. An ideal place for a family with young children or old couple to just relax and soak in the sun. But it still does not justify the 120euro a night cost.

  An Oasis of Tranquility

  Come and enjoy the silence and the excellent food. The staff are polite, warm and friendly, with the odd exception, the management make you feel welcome and at home. Aris is the best! Pools are great, facilities great, super clean, plenty of sunbeds and shade. You get a lot to eat, go half board you will not be disappointed :) Really enjoyed it. Complaints: only two minor ones, no beach/pool service and the cockerill woke me up in the mornings. Hardly a hardship :) I would visit again. I felt safe and calm. So green too! They grow lots of their own produce and the breakfast choice is fabulous! Great for vegetarians!

  What a disaster!!

  We arrived to our 175 euro per night ensuite room only to find the mob and cleaning material outside... there are still there on our checkout this morning! Not a single bottle of water in the room claiming its because of covid19... however some staff did not wear a mask at the breakfast area!!! The room was old and very smelly... didnt seem very clean either...we booked two nights and rushed to cancel the second ... are they serious????

  Enjoyable Stay at Friendly Hotel

  I stayed here for 5 nights and was really pleased I chose this hotel. It is a family run hotel (including the lovely dog) and the staff so extremely friendly, offering to help me every time I asked for something, nothing seemed too much trouble to them. There was a pleasant vibe about it. The room I chose was a sea view room and I would have to say this is a must if staying at this hotel. The view from the room is beautiful, and one that is difficult to match elsewhere. I found the room is a basic design which was fine for me, and it was clean. The minibar is not in use due to Covid however everything else works fine. My only improvement area would be the water for shower in the early morning, it was not very warm but it was absolutely fine in the afternoon. The safe is a traditional 'key' operated safe, so make sure you have 20 euro deposit handy for the key. I got one and it worked fine. I felt very safe here, the area is extremely quiet and the other guests were nice. My advice is make sure you have a torch light, if you like going for evening walks (like I do) it is a must as there is no street lighting on the main road heading into Polis town centre. Since I had one on my phone it worked fine for me. The breakfast is excellent. There is a good choice of hot and cold dishes in a buffet form. There is plenty of hand sanitiser to use, and guests need to wear a face mask when at the buffet (seating is outside so can take it off then). The garden area going onto the beach is beautiful, there is more than enough seating, places to go around the gardens/beach there, and it was just so quiet. Really felt like I had relaxed there. Overall I really great enjoyable stay here and would recommend. Overall I enjoyed this hotel,
