  Need sleep!!!

  Stayed in this hotel recently and it was horrible. I don't normally waste my time rating hotels but I feel I need to make a public service by doing so. I won't harp on but the room was freezing and the air con barely did anything. Inadequate spare blankets = no sleep. I've stayed in pubs that were more comfortable than this place. Visit at your own peril!

  Comfy & OK

  Had Comfortable Beds, Bathroom clean but dated.Tea & Coffee supplied.Microwave, Toaster & Jug.Motel has a Pool.Room has air con thats cold.Motel Staff are friendly.On the northern side of Charlestown that has a big Shopping Centre.

  Need flywire on Windows eaten by mosquitoes. Clean but needs a few things done to renovate. Ok for a couple of nights but no more. Nice and close to shopping centre at Charlestown. Close to Newcastle. Newcastle is lovely city and offers a lot.

  Don't stay here

  This place is terrible rooms stink towels smell found out they clean the rooms and toilet with the towels they put in the rooms for the guests to use and learned the owners also own the panorama motel too and they are just as bad down there even worse

  Accommodation akin to a jail toilet

  Rooms look nothing like the photos. Stains on sheets, pretty sure it was blood. Mold in the bathroom. And somehow flies kept coming into the room. When we went to reception to complain and at least ask for new sheets, it was unmanned and nobody was answering the knocking. 100% would never stay again. I would rather sleep in my swag in the gulag.
