  Great Job

  Parke Regency has been clean and effective every time we have come. Great breakfast, too. It was easy to set up the reservation. It was quick to check out. The service staff was kind and helpful. The location fit our needs.

  Dont let the fancy name fool you. Falls very, very short

  The positives: Cami was amazing both in booking our groups rooms, answering questions, and checking is in. Shes a total asset to your company. The bathrooms were newly remodeled and very nice with standing showers (glass doors, no tub). The rest of the story: none of the four rooms we booked were cleaned properly. NOT ONE. The carpet was just downright disgusting in one room. The suite as they call it is not a suite at all. Same size as a regular room, take away one double bed, add a small couch, and a corner whirlpool tub. The pictures are VERY deceiving. There was also a nail sticking up through the torn carpet, which we were unfortunate enough to step on twice, by the tile around the tub. And, the stains on the couch ... YIKES. The NOISE in this hotel is ALARMING. Dont plan on sleeping much, from the incredibly loud room doors shutting to the stair doors opening and shutting until the wee hours. Also, there is a strange, high-pitched whistling from cars passing by on Towanda Barnes Rd.

  Great sleep

  Very nice group of employees that care how your stay is. Comfortable bed! Clean room! Great shower! Breakfast was lame due to COVID. So not the hotels fault. Quiet on our floor. Not a peep from anyone.

  Look elsewhere

  So this was my first time in a premier collection BW at first it was ok the building is not old. Staff at the beginning were ok friendly polite the manager I did notice walking around with out a face mask I got checked in after having to call someone to the front desk paid with a BW gift card. The room itself was ok have the usual the products that you find at BW bed comfortable very thin sheets though no extra blanket in the room at all bathroom standard. Breakfast was disappointing they advised that it was modified breakfast oh its frozen sausage in a croissant in the fridge individually wrapped I took one microwaved in the room wasnt good at all. Checked out and even though I stayed on 19th January and today is 27th January Im know having to raise a complaint with the head office as they are still holding funds on my credit card for no reason.

  Hotel was clean, staff very friendly and courteous. The food was excellent. Check in was fast. Called a couple of days before the special and they accommodated us with a first floor room plus it was handicap accessible, which we needed.
