  Welcome drug dealers and prostitutes

  This hotel is full of drug dealers and prostitutes. They come and go all hours of the day and night. They use the hotel to wash and dry their clothes for free. They use up all the ice in the ice machines and god forbid you have to ask the front desk for ice. You then get treated like one of the junkies this hotel entertains. The staff does not respect your privacy and shared with the junkies that I was a police officer. Yeah that made me and my family feel real safe......NOT.

  Beautiful facility!

  We loved this hotel! The lobby and pool area was beautiful. There was a pretty little lake outside our sliding glass door. The room was clean and comfortable, although outdated. The toilet was too short and bathroom counter small and short. Beds were comfortable.

  Do not recommend

  I figured you cant go wrong with a Radisson, was I ever wrong! The photos are very misleading. This hotel is extremely run down. Upon checking in, we walked to our room and the halls were lined with trash and housekeeping was literally kicking doors open because they stick so badly. The room itself was very outdated and old- carpet was worn down, tiny bathroom. We went back to the front desk and checked out to find a new place to stay. The front desk staff were very nice and helpful though.

  Room for 2 turned into 3

  Had an unwanted visitor hanging out. Changed our room but didn't even offer a discount or anything I was told you still stayed it must not have bothered you to much. Kind of hard to go somewhere else when you already have withdrew the 700 dollars out of my account. Never staying again.

  Very disappointed.

  This stay is was with our family for a weekend sporting event. Years ago I stayed here and it was.... okay to good. I reserved this booking a month or so ago and then received an email that the Radisson was now changing the name to the Derby Hotel. After looking at the email and checking out the website for the The Derby change, I've now realized they spent good money on a upbeat, classy website, but not on this hotel. Nothing has changed in many, many years and several room areas are ran down like the bathtub area, old doors with several coats of paint( hiding damage), limited outlets and poor curbside appearance. I nor anyone in my family will be staying here in the future, unless extreme updates are done. This means not a nice website that seems to put a pretty picture on things, but true pictures of actual visitors stays and good Tripadvisor reviews.
