  Keeps getting better and better

  We have been coming to this resort for years. With new management now making an impact with some short term projects coming to fruition the resort is looking the best it ever has. Rooms have recently been refurbished along with restaurant and reception . Facilities and staff motivation to help guests is impressive and wild life is teeming . A brilliant resort to experience for the person who wants to discover Phillip Island serenity that is walking distance to town. Possibly the only facility on the island that boasts 3 pools, 2 spas, 1 sauna, 2 gyms .

  A great bush setting close to Cowes Hub

  This resort has many facilities. It was a shame the indoor pool was closed some days of our stay. The circuit walks were well signed as were the various lanes ,roads and unit whereabouts. Our unit had been refurbished and was a great for the week we spent there. Friday at 4pm is definitely a busy time to book in. The staff were pleasant and gave us maps etc. The birds,possums, cape barren geese and waterfowl were happy to live close to humans. A wonderful retreat.

  Great resort for families

  Weve loved our stay here. The cabins are set in a lovely bush setting. Only draw back is the noisy possums at night. Great kitchen facilities, TVs, fans, air conditioning and heater. Kids have had so much to do, two outdoor pools that dont seem to be heated but were nice to swim in on a warm day, lovely warm swim spa, four wheel buggies for all ages and bikes, great bush tracks to ride or walk around, games room, playground.

  Family holiday

  Our family and some extended family stayed at the Ramada Resort over the recent long weekend. We all thoroughly enjoyed the stay and all the activities available. The cabins looked like they had been recently refurbished and were very clean and well situated so you werent aware of other people even though the resort was quite full. The swimming pools were lovely and clean including a lap pool and two spas. There were tennis courts, gymnasiums a games room and a decent sized childrens playground- also barbecues etc.we highly recommend it.

  Great place but could improve

  I see since last time the resort has been updated which looks great. The restaurant use to be terrible but has got a lot better except the pizzas are soggy and could be better my bbq chicken was awful. The younger guy who was on the bar and taking food orders was amazing. He knew his stuff and was very friendly. Great asset to the restaurant. I think they need to do food at lunch time even basic so you can swim and get lunch. There is car hire where you pedal around but we were charged to use it which we were shocked as usually resorts dont charge for non motorised sports. The back pool seems like an after thought. So much land it could be bigger and needs way more pool lounges even on the grass outside the pool gates as people had to sit in towels and was a shame for older people. I dont know how people managed during the peak season getting a spot. Our accommodation was nice and a relaxing atmosphere. All the updates go look great
