  Big, comfortable room with a very friendly staff.

  After returning to the States from abroad during Covid-19, I wanted to isolate for a week before returning home with family. This place was perfect for isolating because the room seemed like an actual studio apartment. I did not expect it to be so big! I felt like everything was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and I had everything that I needed in the kitchen. The staff was so friendly. The breakfast aimed for Covid times had what I needed, but I hear that the breakfast during normal times is pretty epic. I would definitely stay at this place again. Highly recommended.

  Most excellent

  My wife and I were looking to get away for a few days before Christmas. Im a Marriott guy and this looked very appealing as it has pretty much a full kitchen, so we could cook. The room was great, the amenities were great, the fire pit and grills outside were wonderful! Breakfast was a grab and go situation due to Covid, so we ended up buying eggs and bacon and making breakfast in our room...which was quite fun! The best things about this hotel is the entire staff. The gal in the breakfast area shone brightly with her energy, enthusiasm and joy. Raquel is a shining star. However, when we were checking out, EVERYONE had this contagious joy and bright heartedness that made us feel like we were missing out by leaving. That kind of mass enthusiasm means good leadership and management. As a guy who has travelled extensively in Asia and enjoyed the highest levels of service, I highly recommend this hotel.

  Poor customer service on Resort Vacation Certificate Wyndham Resorts purchase

  Hello, The certificate that was prepurchased was never provided to Residence Inn although I had confirmation of stay from Vacation Rental. On top of that Vacation Rental never paid the bill. I will never purchase another certificate from them, and advise others as well of poor customer service. You not only took my money, did not pay bill, and I had to cut my vacation short due to your inadequate service. Residence Inn was phenomenal as was their staff. Vacation Rental should not be in business. I am following up to make sure this does not happen to anyone else. Residence Inn Excellent rating. Vacation Rental very poor.

  Centrally Located

  Stayed for four nights after selling our home and awaiting closing on our new home in the Prescott area. It is a great location with easy access to the downtown area and nearby shopping with Costco nearly across the street from Costco. Adequate rooms size for a longer term stay. Although most amenities were subdued with COVID restraints, the pool was still open and the patio with two gas grills was open as well. Located just off Hwy 69 on top of a hill.

  Good location for Grand Canyon, Sedona, Flagstaff, Presoctt

  I chose this hotel as it was moderately priced compared to the hotels in Sedona. The location is about 3 miles from Whisky row in Prescott, where the historical bars are located. But, there are many dining options around too and a mall across the street. You could walk to the restaurants. The hotel seems new and Covid precautions were well taken. I got a good clean room with clean linens. Staff at reception are friendly and helpful. Morning breakfast person is pretty friendly and conversant. This hotel was ideal for me to visit Sedona on a day trip. Also, it was well positioned to make a day trip out of the Grand Canyon and Flagstaff. Parking is to be paid for and not free although.
