Loud guests, worn down facility.Rude receptionists. Called first and she stated check the prices online, guess she didn't want to talk on the phone. Older receptionist lady who had an attitude. Ended up paying online thru a travel site for a discounted rate. Told her upon arrival that most hotels match those travel site rates now because it is quicker for them to receive the same money that the will have to wait for now. She was not interested and told us to go outside and book online. She stated they only take AARP member discounts but on the phone she stated they also take AAA member discounts which they do not. Internet connection was terrible. Pool was in okay shape. Rooms and other areas need a total makeover. Guess they are not investing in the facility any longer. Mostly families staying there now and letting their kids run up down the hallways throughout the night. Called the desk a few times to complain. This is no longer the medium to upper class place to stay and is mostly made up of guests that would stay at the low class motels and have no regard for other guests staying there. Mostly inner city guests staying there. Not for the retired or older folks looking for a quiet peaceful clean atmosphere. Lifeguard is really a towel boy. There were no towels where the lifeguard was and are usually kept for the outdoor pool. Lifeguards are suppose to walk the the perimeter of the pool every 30 minutes but never seen them do it all. Umbrella fell into the pool and a guest had to go in and get it out. Lifeguard just watched. Umbrella stands are just concrete blocks. I guess they cannot afford real stands that actually hold the umbrellas. Looks like they gave up on everything once the pandemic started. Conferences was obviously the only reason they kept a nice facility and now those are gone. Was told the easiest way to my room was thru the main entrance which was actually just the opposite. Only one elevator though so be prepared to go up and down stairs to get to your room. To get to the outer hallway rooms you will not be able to avoid a couple of stairs because the hallways offset slightly in elevation. Spend an extra $50-$100 and go elsewhere.

Run downMy wife and I stayed here last weekend. What a mistake. I usually look at the reviews before booking but this time I didn't. One word sums up this place" DUMP". The place is smelly, musty and run down. They put us on the first floor. Now all the rooms have carpet in them and they are old and disgusting. You could smell the mildew. The room smelled so musty. There was a dehumidifier in the room that was shut off because it was filled with water. They never told us we needed to run the dehumidifier so we emptied the water and it started up again. About every 10 hours we had to empty it as it would shut off. The walls , bathroom everything was falling apart. There were ants , beetles and after a couple a days we couldn't take it and we asked to have another room. They moved us to the second floor and that wasn't much better. Again very musty. the bathtub had mildew all over the tiles. The bathtub, walls and doors were cracked. This place needs a major renovation. Oh and by the way 36 people were in the pool if you can believe that. No social distancing. Told one of the workers and they did nothing about it

Great Weekend StayWe spent a great weekend here. The pools were amazing. Worked out in the Atlantis gym both days. Great place with all the machines and weights you need. We look forward to our next trip and will definitely stay here again.

Gross, dirty ..in desperate need of renovation...smells so bad...My family and needed a place to spend the night and I figured we paid 275 per night it would do and I'm not very picky ...it was just a room to stay for the night.. we were spending the day at Martha's Vineyard It is never a big deal for me if things are not top of the line and I'm not big on writing reviews but this hotel smelled so bad, was moldy, carpets were gross and had it not been because we were so tired we would not have slept there at all... we didn't even want to take a shower because the bathroom was so gross and stained. The toilet made a weird noise...rooms were dusty and had cobwebs... absolutely the most terrible place

WORST Hotel we've ever stayed at!!I should have read the reviews of this place before booking- Saying it was horrible staying here doesn't seem enough- this place is SO DIRTY AND DATED... its obvious they have never changed the carpet anywhere..but to be specific our room had the worst stench of mold and mildew all our belongings smelled like the room it was so bad. We couldn't breathe ...I complained: they said there were no other rooms avail. Which is BS because the hotel was beyond empty(red flag in itself) The bedding was also disgusting, and the bed dipped in the middle. When exiting/entering the hotel the staff does not even lift there heads to say anything like hello....probably because they are ashamed! Oh and one last thing ...the A**hole running the golf part tried to price gauoge us when we inquired info about playing a round of golf he said we would have to pay for 3 sets of golf clubs for our 3 young boys (50 bucks each) when we asked why they couldn't share the jerk said because it seriously slows down the game. **THE GREEN WAS EMPTY!!! DO NOT STAY HERE- THEY SHOULD CLOSE IT DOWN
