  luxury price for low budget motel

  First of foremost I want to stress that 1 week in this place cost us over $3500.00! We were refereed here by friends and it sounded pretty good at the time. But when we got here turned out it was totally different. Pros: 1. Nice to be literally steps away from the beach 2. Nice to be in a bungalow with the kitchen to make breakfast and lunch 3. Would be nice to have a patio to relax on. Cons: 1. The kitchen is not stocked at all. There is some silverware and plates and cups. as well as some pots and pans 2. There is no storage ware. 3. There is no cutlery 4. There is no cleaning supplies of any kind 5. No paper towels 6. 1 roll of toiler paper per week 7. No coffee machine. When the rest of Europe for a long time and in every hotel supplies Nespresso machines and pods. 8. We were told that surroundings get sprayed for bugs, it seems like a fairytail. Ant armies march all day long on the decks, in our morning instant coffee, in our bowls and plates. And we are recommended not to eat in the house, because they will go in to the house as well.Just 1 Chinese bug crayon would have taken care of the entire house, should have brought 1 from home. 8.We are expected to buy our own cleaning supplies upon arrival. 9. There is no hose to clean the deck area, so each little crumb that fell on the floor attracts thousands of ants. Impossible to sit. 10.Cleaning service is only ones a week. There is no vacuum, only brooms. 11. They only give you 1 beach towel per person per week with a monetary deposit and it's impossible to get clean towels before the week is up. 12. The bill for 1 week is $3500. 13. The checking is at 6PM, the checkout is at 10AM. We arrived around 1PM and were told that if we want to get in to the territory it will cost $50 euros.because our bungalow is not cleaned. We were watching and nobody walked in or out of our bungalow, which means it was cleaned since morning. If you want to stay on the beach after checkout it's $50 more. 14. We got bungalow after remodeling. The furniture is so cheap and uncomfortable. Already dirty and chipping. Plastic dining chairs. 15. Tiny coal grill you can rent for outrageous amount of money. per day. We hear that people are coming here every summer for years and getting a very substantial discount. mostly Italians and Germans. I don't want to say that people have low standards, but the management of this place really takes advantage of people For such price we expect top notch service, not lower than unrated motel quality. I am really disappointed in this place. But I am sure that my review will make no difference in the quality of service.

  A VACATION.. ALL EXCLUSIVE

  This resort has positive aspects and negative ones. Positive: first the location is absolutely amazing. The bungalows are immersed in a luxurious pine-tree garden full of beautiful plants , flowers and silence, only interrupted by the sounds of birds and cicadas. The beach is really nice, only two rows of sun umbrellas with the sea in front and a gorgeous green hill at the back. The bungalow is cozy with ac and induction hob, may be not really too clean but could work for a relaxing vacation, lots of towels. Negative: on a rainy day all the bars at the beach were closed. Bungalows should need an eating table outside. At the arrivals only one roll of toilet papers was given , it would have been nice to find a small one day welcome kit cause minimarket in the resort has allu may need but prices are a bit high. Seen that cell phones are not working properly in all the resort and also outside, it would have been better to provide FREE WIFI everywhere, or at least it should have been said on the website.Sports: only ping pong is free.. you have to pay for everything else but sailing staff is really op.

  A combination of good and not so good

  This is a bungalow-style accommodation resort in a beautiful location in Tuscany. The good: 1. Wonderful combination between pine forest where the bungalows are located, and a great beach a few meters away from the lodging. 2. The staff - those girls and guys are great and they deserve real praise for the good job they are doing. Special thumbs up to the animation team, but also to all the other people involved: life guards, waiters etc. 3. The quiet and family-friendly atmosphere that is characteristic for the resort. The not so good: 1. Pricing is steep. A week per bungalow is about 2000 Euro, and you will generally spend around 100 Euro more per day for a family of four. I have no observations on how this compares to other resorts in Tuscany for the period, but for 3000ish Euro a week, there are alternatives in Europe that provide for a luxurious vacation. 2. Accomodation needs renovation and is not proportional to the price. Our bungalow was not renovated and felt dirty and worn out. For the above-mentioned price one would expect a more modern and clean accomodation in 2019. 3. Lack of basic (for any hotel) kits and cleaning services. Again, this is an inexpensive investment that will potentially raise the quality of the resort significantly. There are no bathroom kits provided, no sheets change or cleaning for the whole week, and for a beach holiday where one showers several times a day and inevitably brings sand in house this is simply unacceptable. All in all, we enjoyed our time here, because we focused on the good and had a positive attitude, but if we are asked whether we will come back, the reality is that for that kind of money there are a lot of options in Europe, and the positive aspects of Riva degli etruschi will not be sufficient on their own to make us come back another year.

  Very nice resort

  Stayed here for 1 night, this place is huge! Enjoyed the beach, the restaurant and a walk throughout the resort. So many things to do here! One amazing staff member: Manni. He's from Naples I think. He was running everywhere in the evening and he was there too for breakfast. You can see how passionate he is, but more importantly he cared about the satisfaction of everyone he served. True, genuine person. Well done Manni.

  Goog accomodation

  PET FRYENDLY, we don't know till when as out of the gate there is write DOG NOT ALLOWED, but this year they are. Hope they'll remove this unpleasant panels. We went with our dog in an apartment on the opposite site of the road, direction mountain, as the pet are not allowed on the beach accomodation and in the hotel. In any case the stay was good, cleaning of flat so and so, No internet even if we complain and the maintenance come but they didn't solve the problem. At the end, forgetting these small problem, we were satisfied about this solution. If next years pet will be still welcome, we'll be back for sure.
