  Disappointed stay

  Stayed here sept/oct. Good points 1st:- Hotel clean Most staff very friendly Great location Lovely swimming pools with plenty of sunbeds and free towels. Snack food. Hot pizza, burgers etc , fresh fruit and choice of ice creams and waffles. Bar service good with friendly staff. Not so good points:- Not all staff were wearing face masks which I found strange under the circumstances. Pool area not so tidy. Little white tables between sunbeds disgustingly dirty never cleans ,had to wipe down ourselves before putting anything on it. Bar/ restaurant manager not so friendly. Food , well what can I say but awful, cold, sometimes not edible. Do not cater for the English . Breakfast choice, omlettes , cold boil eggs, cold baked beans, cheese and salad!.sometimes they had some kind of sausage. ( I know they don't serve bacon, but what about fried eggs, mushrooms, tomatoes . Evening meal, again cold. Cold soup cold fries, only thing warm was pizza. Stews etc cold not edible. We ate out for breakfast/evening meal for our 2nd week of our holiday. Would I go again. Yes if they improve the food situation.

  Very disappointed with this hotel. Firstly this hotel is nothing like advertised.I know there is a panic on at the moment and you would be expected to be notified of any important changes for example all 4 ala carte restaurants were closed and no alternative was offered. The food in the main rooftop restaurant was dreadful, very poor choice and was always cold.Lunch and dinner was served by hand from the staff onto your plate and I mean literally by hand with rubber gloves on .NO UTENSILS were used.This was a normal thing at all salad bars and the burger bar which was very off putting (they said because of covid) but at breakfast and midnight snacks guests were allowed to handle any food themselves as there was not enough staff available. There was so much wrong with this hotel and they blamed covid for everything.We paid full price and only got a quarter of the services which were offered and even they were terrible. We would never return to this hotel, not even in normal circumstances .

  Gone down hill

  We had 2 weeks at the Asarlik this month. We have been there 3 times now but won't be back again. For a start at breakfast there was no one there to serve you till after 8 o'clock even though it opens at 7, so everyone was touching the fruit and bread etc and only one way in and the same way out. By the time you managed to get food it was cold. At night was just as bad so we ate out nearly every night just for some hot meals. Don't know why we paid for all inclusive because we certainly didn't get our moneys worth and when we complained to Jet2 all we got back was the standard email apology reply, rubbish. The local spirits are a joke you could drink till the cows come home and still not be merry. The whisky label says..( whisky flavoured vodka).. the staff are great but the hotel appears to be catering more towards the Eastern block countries. Save yourself some money and get a nice b and b hotel and eat out, its cheap enough.

  Holiday

  This is a fantastic hotel with amazing staff great rooms very close to beach and other restaurants food was excellent and amazing salads great deal of drinks available all day and night ice cream parlour wonderful especially after a light lunch

  Highly reccomend

  Stayed at this hotel around 5 years ago and forgot how good the all inclusive is. Even in covid times the very friendly staff members serve your food for you and some how I've you a bigger portion than you would serve yourself. So many options I'll be back again in May hopefully and whenever allowed Only reccomendation is get please get some kind of cushion back on the sunbeds See you soon stay safe

  It was Really good experience in generally; specially: animation program, food and location. I recommend the hotel services and the hotel. Very good choice. /// Una experiencia magnífica, especialmente el programa de animación, la comida y la localidad. Recomiendo los servicios y el hotel. Muy buena elección para vacaciones.
