  El lugar está muy acogedor y muy limpio! Tiene todo lo necesario y a un muy buen precio, el staff fue muy amable y nos ayudo con reservaciones para tour. Definitivamente para una noche de descanso en la carretera está muy recomendable

  The staff were fantastic, friendly and bent over backwards for us , the rooms were clean and spacious with no road noise , beds were nice and firm, one of the best weve slept on . Nice pool area will definitely be back

  Was abused, called a fraud and was informed they would be calling the police.

  I booked with this motel through Booking.com for my sister. I booked the room in my sisters name, however as it was on my booking.com sight I paid with my card, in my name, which was a debit card. My first card unfortunetly declined as I did not have enough money on it, so as soon as i was made aware through booking.com I paid with another card, again in my name. I recieved an abuse call from the manager who was extremely irrate, who was yelling at me from the beggining of the call to the end. She advised that she had contacted me on the number I had provided booking.com and an elderly man had answered. She stated that I was a fraud and the behaviour I was doing was fraudulent. I attempted on many occasions to de escalate the situation and explain, but she would not listen to me. After accusing me of putting the wrong number with booking.com (which again she said was fraudulent behaviour) as an elderly man answered and became extremely concerned that people had been using his number for bookings that he was not aware of. I asked her to check the number on the booking.com registration, she began abusing me again as it was out of her business hours so she would have to walk back down to the reception area. Upon checking she confirmed the number she had was infact the number i was calling off and was my correct number (which I have had for 15 years). When i asked if maybe she had typed in the wrong number she then became even angrier and accussed me of having an elderly man with me that had answered the phone previously (which I do not have an elderly gentleman with me, nor live with anyone else). I tried to explain that this was not the case, but she would not listen. She continued throughout this whole interaction to call me a fraud and before hanging up the phone she advised me she would be contacting all the resorts, hotels and motels in Coffs Harbour to let them know that I was a fraud and that they needed to cancel my bookings in the area. To the point I had to call the local Police due to her allegations and her threats to ruin my whole holiday, and they were not concerned about my identity or what I had done. Would not recommend UNDER ANY CICRUMSTANCES

  Family Stay, Great Place

  Sanctuary Resort Motor Inn was excellent. There customer service is just brilliant. Room was spacious and tidy. Beds were great too. Shame we never had a chance to jump in for a swim. Pool looked amazing. Well be back for sure.

  Clean friendly nostalgic comfortable

  We stayed here for 1 night on the way to Byron in Jan 2021. We stayed in room 10. Big room, clean. Bed was firm and fresh sheets. Air conditioning was fantastic. Internet is free but very very slow at 0.75 - 1.70 mbps! See pic Very dated kitchen with original 70s tiles but very clean. The carpet was ripped in the middle of the room. Wifi was not working all the time. The curtains are very simple and didnt close all the way. Simple coffee and tea service. Shower was clean and hot water was very strong. Didnt like the in shower soap dispenser not very hygienic in my opinion. Very noisy fan in bathroom but worked nicely. The bedside lamps were blue light not a soft warm light so reading was a little harsh. We would stay here again for sure I wish they would spend a little on updating but in covid times who can complain too much!
