  Estancia perfecta para desconectar

  El hotel es una opción perfecta para disfrutar y desconectar del estrés de la ciudad. Las habitaciones son grandes y están muy limpias, perfectas. El desayuno buffet es muy completo, tienes barras dulces y saladas con comidas orientales y occidentales. El hotel tiene varias piscinas donde puedes encontrar espacios más privados para tener más tranquilidad. Además hay muchas opciones para estar cómodo. Los restaurantes son muy buenos, y el el trato es perfecto, especialmente en el Thai, donde cenamos y nos trataron de maravilla. El servicio en general de todos los empleados es excelente.

  After XMas great vacation

  We stayed from Dec 26th to Jan 3rd at Sofitel Haitang and it was a superb vacation. Hotel facilities are huge and new, including pools, also heated ones, ktv, gym, and other amenities. Service was impeccable and so friendly. They even arranged my room and sent me a cake to celebrate my birthday. The food and accommodation as varied and yummy you would expect from a Sofitel. With many vegetarian choices. And they exceeded our expectations with the Club Millesième, where we could have coffee, tea and other refreshments thorough the day and a happy hour dinner from 5 to 7pm for free. Personnel was very attentive and with some good English speaking people, as Kroeger, that gave us good advice for trips and other activities we booked through the hotel. An unforgettable Years End holiday at Sanya. Thanks for making it so special!

  A Comfortable Journey

  After four years, we came to Sanya again, this time we stayed in Sofitel Sanya Leeman resort. The environment of the hotel was very beautiful and comfortable. And the swimming pool was impressive. At the front desk, we meet to Roy Chen, he is a very friendly and professional FOM, who can help the guest to solve the problem in a short time.If we come to sanya in the future, we will choose this hotel again.

  Must better than last time

  This is the second time to stay in this Sofitel. The service has improved a lot compared to June 2020. The room was clean and tidy, and the check-in time was much faster. The quality of food in Thai restaurants has also improved. For the executive lounge, the number of staff and services have also improved a lot. The lounge also provides breakfast, so we dont have go to the crowded restaurant. The only thing that disappointed me is that the all-day restaurant does not offer a la carte. We want to have some western dishes in the evening, when we arrive at the all-day restaurant, the staff said that there is only a buffet for 388 per person, the dont provide a la carte. This is my first time in a five-star hotel that the all-day restaurant does not provide a la carte service in the evening. 20206 388

  Beautiful resort with some more or less minor flaws

  Spent four nights there, with access to Club Millésime. The range and quality of food at breakfast, tea-time and Happy Hour (5-7pm) was quite nice, though not as awesome as I would have expected with regard to the pricing. The choice of liquors must be hororably mentioned, but at the pool bar I found a bottle of Campari which never ever contained Campari, since the color of the liquid was orange and not crimson, as it should be. Most annoying: There is a helicopter landing place in the center of the resort, with service-time from 10am to 5pm. Every 5 to 10 minutes there was either a start or a landing, and helicopters were flying just 10 to 15 m above your head when you were seeking rest at the main pool. This service seemed to be very popular, and was also offered by the resorts in the neigbourhood, with the effect that the guest looking for recreation is disturbed by noise in the air almost all over the day. Finally, to say something positive: For those who booked a room facing the ocean: You can witness amazing and unforgettable sunrise at that location.
