  Wow! This hotel offers everything and more! From the delightful furnishings, to the stunning views it has been an incredible stay at this fabulous boutique hotel! The staff were amazing especially the breakfast staff going above and beyond in catering for my gluten intolerant husband. The food and variety was delicious. Fresh, healthy options and all the pastry choices were fantastic. The room was luxurious and spotlessly maintained by staff throughout our stay, they even include a minibar in the price. The spa area was relaxing and quiet and we enjoyed many an afternoon soaking in the view from the spa. The massages were also great. The room had everything you needed and the location was excellent, so close to the shops and walking distance to everything. We loved our stay and cant wait to return!! Thank you Sottovento you were 5 stars in our minds!

  Fantastic boutique hotel

  We stayed here for a couple of nights and we were very impressed. The hotel has great amenities and it is very clean. The breakfast is very good as well as the quaint coffee shop. Bormio is a quaint town with many boutique style stores and good restaurants. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in bormio.

  Cute boutique hotel

  An easy walk to all restaurants and some very good ones in close range the hotel itself has a nice combo of Italian charm and character with a modern feel. Rooms are unusual in lay out and whilst we needed a twin bedded room the second bed turned out to be a sofa bed .. The hotel has a very charming patisserie on the entrance with some fine cakes on offer. There is no hotel restaurant. There is an underground car park perhaps less suited for low suspension vehicles but we managed to find a space outside. Hotel front desk very helpful in finding a super charming and very popular restaurant for dinner. Sleep was very good here as the room was very quiet with solid double glazing. A simple if decent breakfast and it was the perfect stopover en route to beautiful Merano and Dolomiti.

  Simply beautiful all around and beyond!

  Quality, friendly staff, amazing views, gold medal champion kind of breakfast. Loving the location and its easy way to get around. It looks beautiful from outside and very comfortable inside. There would be so much to write about tis place , but I prefer to let people discover it.

  stylish boutique hotel

  Beautiful wooden chalet from the outside, nicely decorated with flowers and located on a quiet side street. Inside top modern and stylish furnishings in the rooms and the hotel grounds. Small spa with outdoor sunbathing area (in summer). As a result of Corona, breakfast was served in the room (large selection from an order sheet filled out the night before). Our room (junior suite) had a balcony with lounge chairs and beautiful mountain views. The room furnishings and bathroom were very nice. The hotel is 5 minutes walk from the center. Bormio has a nice pedestrian zone and old town with many cozy restaurants , bars and stores that you should not miss. Parking in front of the hotel or in the underground garage. We can highly recommend the hotel.
