  Although Im a Titanium elite member with Marriott, Im not a fan of the Springhill Suites brand since the prototype/layout can vary by location. The layout of the room here was particularly strange with the shower and vanity in one room and the toilet and a pedestal sink in another. First time Id ever seen that although I dont book Springhill often. Nevertheless, the hotel room and common areas were clean, it was fairly quiet even though the property was right off the interstate and the front desk staff was pleasant. However, breakfast was on the skimpy side with boiled and powdered eggs, cereal, pineapple and fresh strawberries but no waffle maker, a limited selection of breads and only pork sausage, no bacon, chicken or turkey sausage which you usually find on most breakfast buffets these days. Overall, not a bad stay, but pricey for a mid level property.

  Great stay

  Rooms are big, clean and modern at a great price. They did a good job with breakfast in the COVID era as well. Chevy at the front desk was wonderful. I travel a lot for work so will definitely stay here again.

  Satisfactory

  There is a daily parking fee even when there is ample parking at this hotel and surrounding area. Inside feels old and dark. Sound buffering between rooms not so great, pillows are too soft. The grab and go breakfast was good.

  We loved our room

  We were traveling from north of Cincy and our GPS got us off on the wrong exit (Martin Luther King Drive). We drove thru a very undesirable neighborhood and had serious doubts about where we'd made reservations. We decided to stay as it looked clean and the staff was very friendly. Our room was nicer than we expected and changed our minds about the hotel. The lobby is very sparce, due to the virus, and we did not take advantage of the free morning breakfast. Our room was large, very clean and met our needs. We'll for sure consider this hotel during our next visit to Cincinnati.

  Great time in Cincinnati.

  Great experience! The room was clean and comfortable. Definitely would stay there again. Breakfast was very good. The distance to all the local attractions is reasonable. If you are in town for a sporting event you are close to all the arenas or stadiums.

  Disappointed-not up to Marriott standards

  My husband and I are traveling for a soccer tournament with our kids. My husband, as Titanium level Marriott rewards member, has stayed at countless Marriott locations throughout the world. This Cincinnati Eden Park location was voted by him as the most unkept, disappointing hotel hes ever experienced by Marriott. There are large stains on the floors, walls and furniture. A broken bathroom door that wont close, leading to no privacy in the shower. TV is on the fritz and cant count on working or turning off. There are clogged pipes in the bathrooms that force tub and sink to fill up while using. And finally, corners of furniture (couch) and room that have built up dust, exposing poor sanitation and cleaning practices. Finally, the only request we had at check in was to not face the highway. Our view is included in the photo album. Noise was not a major issue or we would have switched, but we did face the highway. We will not be staying here again and wouldnt recommend to anyone.

  Soccer weekend

  We worked with the hotel manager for a block of rooms for a soccer team traveling for games in the area. The hotel was in a great location, minutes from restaurants and downtown events. The hotel block could not have been easier and the manager was super responsive and friendly. The hotel staff were awesome, and we shared a lot of laughs with them. Great hotel. Great staff. Great trip.

  A great place for a tour group

  As a group tour operator, nothing makes my heart sing like being greeted with the luggage carts and bag tags ready to go and a welcome reception of local items. Wow! This hotel is tucked into a bit of an office space area and is also used by folks that have family staying in the nearby hospital. The area is quiet, the staff is warm and gentle with everyone, and we had a great stay. Breakfast was above a normal Springhill Suites. We will use the property again when we find ourselves in Cincy.

  Great place for a group!

  I worked with a sales manager to book our group and right from the start, she was amazing! Everything went smoothly - from our many emails prior to our trip, to check-in, to our week-long stay, to check-out...these folks were the best! We had several questions/needs along the way and all were met above our expectations. We will definitely be staying here when we're back in the area. Thanks to this great team!

  Excellent location and very clean

  We loved the location! We visited the zoo, several local breweries, and the HardRock Casino was great in the evenings! The hotel was very clean, had an excellent breakfast with a nice variety(more than most places), and the hotel staff were very friendly and gave great recommendations! This will be our new go to hotel when visiting Cincinnati We plan on returning very soon for a MLB game, stadium is super close and want to walk over to Kentucky!
