  Downhill fast

  The hot tub was broken and didnt get to use it once. Pool isnt heated. Room keys stopped working to enter the building and room. Got new keys THREE times that still didnt work until the fourth try. Gross stains on the window curtains. Shower drain backed up, had to stand in a pool of water. Very unsatisfied.

  poor management didnt respond to my email

  Chose this hotel cause we stayed in it a long time ago, wanted to celebrate Valentines day with my husband, the reason we wanted a stay was to use the hot tub, I work in a high end factory and needed the hot tub, I called a few days before our stay to make sure hot tub and pool was up and running, the lady assured me it was, we checked in on Valentines day. The pool was cold, the hot tub, we were in it for 15 minutes and it started to lose water, A guy went to the front desk to complain and a girl came back with a paper, hung it up and left, didnt even tell all of us, about 6 people in the hot tub what was going on or to even get out, at this time the water was below the jets and it was still trying to come out. Funny thing is when we were in the pool that girl from the front desk went into the control room a bit before we went into hot tub, they probally were draining it on purpose, Our room kept blowing cold air, no mater how much we turned up the heat, when we checked out, the lady never asked how our stay was, I took the managers card and emailed him when I got home and sure enough NO RESPONSE! Never Again will we stay here , we stay in Davenport every 3 months, were from out of town. from the reviews look like other people complained about the hot tub too. Next time we are staying somewhere else!!!!!

  Serves Its Purpose

  Needed a place for the evening and this hotel offered a good rate and was not too far off the freeway. It is conveniently located near several restaurants within walking distance and many more in a short drive. There was ample, free parking and there was space if you were pulling a trailer of any kind. The room was quite large and comfortable. The sink was outside of where the toilet/shower was which would make it easier if there was more than one person. The room was bright, the bed was comfortable and the HVAC wasnt too noisy. The water pressure for the shower was good as well. This is a good property and I would recommend it for one night, or several.

  Dont stay here

  Dog hair all over the carpet, doesnt appear that they even vacuumed. Poor entry way/entrance to the building. Hole in the ceiling by the elevator. I dont write reviews or complain, but Im not impressed here.

  Wake you up!

  I have stayed 2 times at this hotel traveling to Chicago. I got in late and planned to sleep in. I believe check out was noon. I put the placard on my door to do not disturb. At 9:00 housekeeping knocked and asked if I was still in my room. I get up and open the door and say yes. I have the do not disturb on my door so why did she bother me. She says people leave all the time and leave the do not disturb on the door. No appology - no nothing. I close the door - go back to bed. 10:00 same thing! I stayed there one other time and this exact thing happened then too. Housekeeping is more concerned with getting done - they have ZERO regard for the guests. I will never stay here again! Housekeeping won't have to clean any room I've been in!
