  Stay here if in for an adventure...

  Although the ones that worked here tried in all they could to make this stay pleasant, it was an uphill challenge. The rooms are dimly lit, the lights not even having covers on them to help get more light out of the bulbs, LoL. The couch is torn, the desk is scratched/mutilated and the H2o, after 20 minutes trying to wash my very long hair, never turned from very cold, and the WiFi did not work the first day/night (later learned when speaking with other residents, this happens on some days/nights, just doesn't work, and the water, too, sometimes have to wait 1/2 an hour). When I kept going to the office for help with the WiFi, he (the office guy) offered to come to the room to check on service. When he came over, also, to check on the water, after telling me to let it run for a while, as I was chatting with other neighbors, he says, see, it's warm now, haha, ya, it'd now been running 1/2 an hour in the last 70 minutes, so I guess it had time to warm up. The dilapidated building (a former La Quinta) next to us had lots of transient ones roaming about which made walking the dog around the area not feeling too safe. Oh, and don't think you'll have a pool to refresh in, BTW, it's filled in with grass.

  I will not return to this location ever again. I was under the impression Motel 6 was located in the same area. When I pulled up to the original Motel 6, I always knew, it had a different name. I placed the address in my GPS and to my surprise I ended up at one of the worse motels ever. Also, they didn't even leave the light on for us.

  Pleasant surprise

  We are traveling west and needed to sleep and despite the fact that the exterior needs some refreshing the room was a complete surprise. Very large with a full size refrigerator, 2 burner glass cook top, sink, microwave and coffee pot. The room was also VERY clean. And as always they are pet friendly.

  Very clean !! Would stay here again... They also except dogs.. lots of parking too.. and its in the middle of beautiful Tyler Tx... lots of stores around this area too.. keep up the good work ..

  Upset about dogs having stay in car

  They said was dog friendly but they told me my pets would have to stay in the car.they need to change their things on their website then cause they lied online saying they where pet friendly.why would they lie about it being pet friendly when it's not.if I had new it wasn't pet friendly would have not stay here at all
