  Great hospitality, great breakfast, cute and cozy!

  Friendly owners, quaint suits, the breakfast was amazing! The garden in the back is tranquil and location is within walking distance from the falls, cafes and other attractions! Ideal for family as the suites have double rooms, giving privacy while keeping the family connected with private washrooms.

  2nd time going will go again

  This was my 2nd time going and i will go again! Susan was friendly, helpful, and a great cook! The house was in a quite neighborhood and only a 15 min walk to the falls! When i go back to Niagara i will definately stay there again!!

  Just the job!

  We stayed for 2 nights when visiting Niagara Falls, and had a very pleasant stay. The house is clean, tidy, and friendly. We had a suite, if you like, with two bedrooms and a bathroom behind our own lockable door on the ground floor. Our rooms and most importantly beds were comfortable and warm, and the house was quiet at night, after the sightseeing helicopters finish work. The falls themselves, and the brash resort around them, are within a 10 minute walk of the front door. A taxi from the railway or bus station (they are adjacent) cost $10 including a tip, so the situation is excellent. It would probably take 30 to 40 minutes to walk without luggage. Breakfast was nice - pancakes, scrambled eggs with sausage and bacon cooked in it, with toast and lots of fresh coffee. Both mornings, we shared the table with another couple we didn't know. This was not compulsory, and was fun. The house rules are no smoking and no shoes, both of which suited us. I would much rather stay here than in one of the hotels in the resort.   Peaceful Homestay walking distance to Falls

  We were 3 seniors booked for 3 nights. We had requested early check-in at 11:30am against the check-in time of 3:00pm. Luckily for us Susan's guests had left and she had the Italian suite ready for us. Susan's villa suited our needs perfectly. Its a very clean & well kept home, decorated tastefully with free parking.The street is quiet. Also within walking distance to Niagara Horseshoe Falls & WEGO stop. (WEGO is the hop-on-hop-off bus of Niagara Falls area). Susan is a very kind soft spoken person. She single handedly makes a good breakfast for all her guests. Lovely garden at the back, however it was too cold for us to sit out and enjoy the deck. It would be nice if there was a luggage rack in the closet (I don't like bending). The second bedroom of the Italian suite had a low single bed. (We had requested for the single bed to be prepared.) I am not sure how low the sofa pull out bed would have been because we didn't try to open that. However the unopened sofa was convenient for sitting around.

  Great location and accommodations, friendly hosts

  My wife and I along with a friend stayed for one night at Susans Villa in Niagara Falls. We opted to book directly with the owners over the phone, and were greeted warmly by hosts Alice and Jackie upon our arrival. We were shown to our suite and were pleasantly surprised by how spacious the Domino suite, with extra bedroom was. We were also very happy with the proximity of the B&B to the falls, about 800 metres. Hosts and accommodations were great, breakfast was as described. Note that Alice and Jackie are new owners, so the website and references to Susan arent entirely accurate, but the care and warmth shown by Alice and Jackie more than make up for this, as newcomers to running a B&B in one of Canadas busiest tourist areas.
