  Hotel bastante justo

  Las habitaciones son amplias pero el hotel necesita en general una remodelación, incluso las zonas comunes. El desayuno no es muy variado. Aunque tienen carta es imposible pedir nada más que pasta o pizza para comer o cenar, lo mismo para el servicio de habitaciones.

  Not at following social distancing

  Only 1 restaurant is working they held breakfast and lunch over there with huge crowd, all wedding stay guest also club there so not at following social distancing I fallen sick after visit of taj nashik. Poor management staff not good at all. Food quality is also not good

  Wedding of Bijo and Shruti

  As the title suggest this was one of the most important day of our life and Taj, Nashik handled it flawlessly! FAntastic services and co-ordination by Taj team. Right from the process of planning then discussion then execution everything was taken care and we were never made to stress on any particular thing. Special thanks to Mr. Saji Thachery, Mr. Kailash Mali, Mr. Satish Revagade,Chefs and entire team. without you all this wouldnt be a huge success. Really a great experience associating with you all!

  An amazing experience

  Thank you to the staff at the Gateway Hotel, for making it such a wonderful experience for my family and me. It was the first time I could plan a vacation for my family all on my own and their help and input made it much easier, smoother and enjoyable. Thank you to Darren during checkin, for the complimentary room upgrade for Womens Day! It was a lovely unexpected surprise for my mother and sister! Thank you to Sachin, for helping plan the visit to the vineyards and ideas for things to do around in the area and how to plan it. He was so well informed and always ready to help. Thank you to Kavita for offering and helping us move rooms when a leak was discovered in our original room. Thank you to Tejas and his team at Citrine for making sure we enjoyed all our meals and the chef, for tweaking dishes to make sure we enjoyed every morsel of food we ate there. Thank you to Ashish at the gym, who took time to understand our difficulties before helping us make the most of our workout sessions there and guiding us and for connecting with us personally through conversation so we were at ease. Thank you to Vaibhav at the salon for a wonderfully relaxing hair spa treatment and conversation. We also enjoyed the amenities the hotel had to offer, like table tennis, basketball, badminton, football, the front lawns for an outdoor jog, the zen garden etc so that on the days we decided to stay in, we never had to face a moment of boredom. We truly enjoyed our stay and look forward to visiting again soon.

  Exceptional client service

  The Gateway Ambad, by Taj has been a wonderful experience. We had hosted my sisters wedding ceremony in the month of February 2021 and it was nothing less than what we had imagined. The hotel staff went out of their way to accommodate our requests (which was truly the exceptional client service). Right from the check-ins to the banquets to the ceremony, everything was just as planned and as promised by the hotel. At the start, we were skeptical of how things will flow and whether everything will be the way we had discussed. Answer to it is - No it didnt go as we had discussed. No, because it was definitely better than what was discussed. The decor and ambience was great, the food was perfect and the staff was always there to help you ensure the day was a memorable one. What else do you need? Absolutely delighted and happy to have considered this hotel for my sisters wedding. Special mention to Mr Kailas Mali, Mr Vishal Mishra, Chef Ramesh and Akash from Banquets to ensure the timely delivery of each thing promised and as expected. And a warm thank you to every other staff member who put in efforts (be it small or big). Cheers!
