    HORRIBLE STAFF!!!

    Horrible & lazy staff, as it was FILTHY! Also, the Management are TOO CHEAP to allow ppl to check out 30 mins later bc they said they did not want to open any additional rooms. Only 20% of the hotel is open. Plus, rooms are tiny and we were NOT sure if the sheets had recently been changed! If one wants to complain they send you to speak to Foreign, Third World Country who could care LESS abt guests and yell at customers & hang up when one is voicing a complaint! We'll NEVER stay in a Wyndham Hotel, EVER!!! Our first choice hotel was booked & I wished we had never stayed her...COMPLETE DUMP!

    Hotelier reviews a poor covid plan

    As a hotelier I find that Wyndham has done a horrible job at prepping the team, updating the web page on the fact that Nothing is open in hotel including the fitness room. They have left the staff powerless and should be ashamed! Rooms are small but clean, moldy caulking in bathrooms tells the level of housekeeping/maintenance QA by Supervisors and ultimately the EC team is sub par. Regardless of covid there is still a standard to uphold and they fail at every point except for the customer service by the front desk gal! They have a great location but corporate has left the staff with no tools to do their job properly!

    A pleasant respite!

    Please refer to my previous comments. The staff were helpful and accommodating and the room was a nice room. The bathroom shower needed some working on, but it did work and the water was nice and warm/hot.

    Very convenient location

    This restored historic hotel is located in the heart of downtown within easy walking distance of everything. There is free parking on the street, but we elected to pay the overnight fee for the hotel parking lot.

    Weekend getaway

    Walking distance to a lot of shops and restaurants, and close driving distance to many many other places (malls, restaurants, other shopping). Would recommend staying in Winchester this to anyone! Specifically in this hotel.
