    Could be amazing

    The staff at The Haere are fabulous, the pool is a very inviting sparkly blue and the location( once I realised about the lane next to the hotel ) was very good. The breakfasts were also good and once again the service was exceptional.The rooms do need some work, the wooden decking planks seriously need replacing and the bathrooms could do with modernising, and they definitely need to improve the interior lighting.. Overall it was a pleasant place to be.

    Wonderful

    The Villa is very close to Semniyak Eat Street. The staff was very helpful with good room service and great food and included breakfast. Swimming pool was nice and clean. Kids loved swimming in warm water , overall very relaxing and comfortable stay.

    Last Minute getaway

    We booked the day before coming, The staff were very welcoming and helpful. They delivered a cake on my birthday and sang happy birthday to me. The privacy is great, little road noise and a block away from many restaurants and bars. The Villas have two apartments so would be great for adults and teenagers or two couples. We stayed 9 nights and they dont put anyone else in attached villas. Overall The Haere met all of our expectations and would recommend it to family and friends.

    Very Good Service

    The villa was beautiful and well maintained. We booked for a week stay and that whole week was amazing. The famous eat street is just a couple minutes walk from the villa. The super markets are so close and convenient . The villa was very well maintained. The private pool was amazing and super clean. The kids really loved their stay at The Haere. The rooms were cleaned every day. The room service was quick and very good. The air conditioning was great. Breakfast was included which is sooo helpful and convenient when you have a big day planned ahead. The staff were very lovely. They were all so friendly with beautiful smiles on their face all the time. A big thanks to Ratiniti at the front office for her amazing customer service. Another big thanks to Dewi, so friendly and great customer service. I really recommend this Villa, it is so family friendly and beautiful staff with great services! I can't wait to come again!

    my family of 3 stayed here from 18th of January for 19 nights, i couldn't recommend this place enough, the staff are amazing, from entering the room, to the dining staff, everything is perfect, special mention to the staff, including the kitchen staff, they went above and beyond, it was both mine and my dad's birthday and they provided excellent service, they decorated my room and surprised me with balloons and cake, it was defiantly a birthday to remember, thank you so much to the staff that went the extra mile when the didn't have to, my family an i will alway return to this place. i couldn't recommend this place enough :)
