  Muy lindo y tranquilo

  Es una casa gigante muy linda con muchas habitaciones, un jardín muy lindo, está muy bien cuidado, las habitaciones son chiquitas, pero tienen cocina, heladera, mesa con sillas, tele, el baño está afuera, pero es limpio y está cuidado, lo recomiendo, no tiene ascensor y si muchas escaleras

  Service wither the extra mile

  The Outback Lodge is clean, in a great location to Manly central, quiet and good valve. The service is five star. Mark was on deck during my stay and his care and follow up made my stay comfortable and welcoming.

  Christmas Stay

  A cute e unique accommodation within walking distance of the beach. It has rooms, a lodge and pet friendly accommodation. We had another couple with us and a dog. One unit was no bigger than a dog box with little catering facilities and the TV would not work. The other was nice, but the size of a cabin in a caravan park. It was fitted out well with stove/oven, fridge and microwave. Given all of this the cost was expensive but it was Christmas. We arrived but no one was in attendance but arrived some twenty minutes later in response to a call. The receptionist was not sure if we had been charged for the dog so I had to show her the invoice. As a couple I would stay here again

  Deluxe room - what a joke - false advertising

  We walked into our supposed deluxe room to find a stained and dirty bedspread, a tiny table shoved in the corner with 2 hard seats, a dirty, soiled lounge that looked like it was about 20 years old and obviously well worn. There is no way that this was a deluxe room. As I was unable to leave my room because of injury, I couldn't bear the thought of staying for 4 days in this dark, dank room which is overstated, overrated and overpriced. They need to get real and pick up their act and have some pride in their facilities. We left immediately and booked alternative accommodation.

  Customer service severely lacking. The lady who I believe to be the owner answered a personal phone call during checking us in, without acknowledgement or asking if it was ok to do so. After checking in and paying the hold deposit we were told how to get to the room with no offer of assistance with bags etc. There is no parking available. It is all 2hr on street parking and the street is generally full. A lady that lived across the road left and let us have her park. Need to pay for a permit for the day or move your car every 2hrs. The website boasts of 12ft high ceilings however the room we stayed in the bed was directly under a slanted roof. I'm 5'8 and my feet hung off the bed, believe the beds to be kids singles. Also a shared bathroom with the other tenants. Felt more like a backpackers than a lodge. Were booked in for 2 nights and did not bother staying the 2nd. Other than all this, was quite clean.
