  Personal excelente

  Estuvimos mi pareja y yo los últimos días de nuestro viaje a Tailandia para descansar, y aunque se trata de un hotel más bien aséptico y con poca personalidad, el personal que lo atiende hace que te sientas como en casa. Tuvimos problemas gástricos y ellos nos proporcionaron remedio y ayuda. La piscina es excelente y el desayuno el mejor de los que hemos encontrado en el país. La única pega es su gran distancia al centro. Merece la pena visitar el "old town" o parte vieja de la ciudad. Para ello el hotel dispone de un servicio de taxi un pelin carete.

  Stop over before phi phi

  Lovely hotel and i would definately come back here. Lovely new rooms with tv, wifi, pool entrance, fridge, safe etc. This hotel would be ideal if you were driving around Phuket as it is a 20 min drive from old town around a 900b return taxi trip. We were here 2 nights. Loved the pool. There is building work going on arpund the hotel. There are shops and street food 2 minute walk away and i fet safe here. There is a pink bus you jump on that goes to old town for 20b. The staff were great even thought not much english is spoken here, i dont find this an issue and used google at times, remember that we are visitors to their country. Also the breakfast was aimed at chinese/asian guests however there was toast, fruit and cereal also available. This has good wheelchair/elderly access. Would stay again dispite a small amount of language issues and the location.

  Convenient when traveling from Phuket bus terminal

  We stayed at Pago for 1 night in between the islands and Khao Sok as the hotel is very conveniently located near Phuket's main bus terminal. Not much to do in the direct surroundings, so don't stay here if you wanna explore Phuket town. Hotel is nicely designed and decorated, both the bed rooms and public areas (except for the restaurant actually). Rooms were very comfortable and extremely reasonably priced. Food for both breakfast and lunch was very basic. Restaurant staff did not speak a word of English - they even did not understand what a diet coke or cola light was - which resulted in several wrong orders.

  Fantastic hotel

  We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and had the best experience, we spoiled ourselves with swim up pool rooms and they were beautiful, the staff were fantastic, especially Koy, Gus & Aing, thank you for making us feel special. Breakfast has plenty of choice and great service also, we would definitely recommend this hotel in Old Phuket town.

  Neat and tidy

  Stayed in pool accessible Villa and was a great experience for me. All needed facilities are available in the rooms and it is a quiet & silent place away from all the noisy areas of phuket. Decent variety of breakfast is also included
