  Stayed two nights the staff were very friendly and helpful, when not serving they where cleaning newly vacated seats and tables, everyone in the bar and restaurant donned masks when moving around, so we felt very safe. The rooms were immaculate, We will definitely stay here again whenever we visiting our daughter.

  Fabulous

  We found this place by accident when we were looking for a short break and we are so glad we did. From the minute we arrived, we found the staff very welcoming, friendly and nothing was too much trouble This place is a really good base for getting to lots of great places and we can honestly say the food and service were fabulous - great choices and prices. We would not hesitate to go back again.

  Great dirty fries

  Six of us enjoyed lunch here recently, four of us had the dirty fries which were delicious and very tasty. The Covid arrangements seemed to preclude actually placing the food on our table, instead it was put on a side table for us to pass along - strange.

  An outstanding Inn

  Wow, what a place. Theres a reason why The Plough Inn is as popular as it is and that is because its an outstanding venue owned and managed by an exceptional host and serviced by an awesome staff team. The food is outstanding, from breakfast to dinner, the staff are attentive to customers needs, requirements and little oddities, always smiling, always friendly and great at their job. From the moment I first booked our 5 night stay I was met with friendliness and professionalism and we were looking forward to our one and only holiday of 2020. We were not disappointed upon arrival and the whole time was exceptional. We felt safe, cared for and about as well as having had a fantastic break. They could not make the place more secure during this global pandemic. Sanitiser everywhere, as soon as a table is vacated it and its chairs are cleaned and sanitised. Masks worn at all times by all staff, trays are placed on table for you to remove food and drinks so minimal handling by staff. In covid times I nearly felt safer here than at home. They were busy every night with a full car park and restaursnt which these days so many similar establishments crave but because The Plough Inn is so good people keep going back. Yet there were lots of space between tables, everyone socially distanced, no standing at the bar. Bradley, the owner, has gone all out to make his Inn as safe as is humanly possible whilst also maintaining an atmospphere of laughter, relaxation and friendliness. He and his team deserve medals and its great to see a busy but really popular pub florish in these dark days. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The TV is a bit small but is quite manageable. Tea and coffee making facilities, replenished everyday and great en-suites all help make it a home from home. The food, well the food was just exceptional. Locally sourced produce cooked fresh and to perfection. We ate 3 evenings of the 5 and breakfasted every morning and were never ever disappointed. The quality, portion size and service were outstanding. If anyone wants a home from home, to stay in exceptionally safe environment, have a really comfortable sleep and enjoy exceptional food then in Norfolk this HAS to be the first choice. You will not be disappointed. We leave with heavy hearts and immensly look forward to a return visit and meet up with Bradley and his team who have become like friends in a short space of time. We will return. This, our only holiday of 2020 will be remembered with thoughts of joy though tinged with the memories of Covid but The Plough Inn and those working it have provided us with a great break and we feel ready to continue our busy lives and continue to battle this pandrmic on a daily basis in our various community faced roles and duties.

  Just so lovely

  Met a friend and we enjoyed the great food and service just before lockdown 2 Will be awaiting news on takeaways during lockdown and will be one of the first to return when re-opened Stay safe keep strong
