  Better than Extended Stay and Suburban Suites

  GREAT is how I'm going to start it off!! The pictures is EXACTLY how the rooms are. It's like stay in an apartment. Chris the GM is AWESOME !!! Kari is a BLESSING ! Monica, Missy and Chyna are THE BEST!!!!!!!! The ladies that take care of the breakfast area are WONDERFUL!!! This team has taken care of me and my husband while we were waiting to close on our home. They took VERY GOOD care of us. We were here since Oct 24th. Being with them was like staying with family and friends. They made sure that we were ok ALWAYS !! What you pay for is worth EVERY dollar and some. If you ever stayed at Extended Stay or Suburban suites, you would NEVER complain about TownPlace!! Their beds was GREAT !! The pillows was soooooo COMFORTABLE. Location was on point. #WeLoveBacon

  Cozy

  We stopped at this place for one evening on our travel to visit our family in the Midwest. We stayed only for 10 hours in this location. However, we really really like this space. It was centrally located near lots of convenient places like and so many wonderful shopping centers! The area was so nice and we felt very safe. The dog friendly atmosphere was incredible! I know Ive said this about other locations. But it is so nice that there are hotels that are dog friendly!

  A total dump

  This place is terrible. I can't believe it's a Marriot property. Don't be tempted by the low price. Pouring down rain - had to walk to another building in the dark dodging puddles. The room key worked but apparently the room was already occupied because the deadbolt was locked. I had to walk back to the lobby in the dark. The faucet on the bathtub was loose so temperature couldn't be controlled. The coffee packet had about 1 teaspoon of coffee. The tv location didn't allow viewing from the bed. Breakfast was sub par - there was no orange juice in the dispenser and you just received "dirty" water. There are too many good place to stay in this area. Don't go here!

  Loved, Loved, Loved this clean, cozy, friendly, well-maintained hotel!!!

  My hubby and I stayed here for 27 days in January, 2020 (checking out today), while I recovered from foot surgery. I absolutely LOVE this well-kept hotel, mainly because it doesn't look or feel like a hotel. There are two 3-story buildings that look more like a condo complex than a hotel. Much nicer than the typical sterile hotel look. Made coming 'home' every day much more pleasant. The staff here are SUPER friendly and accommodating. They knew we were here to recover from surgery, so they were extremely helpful, yet gave us our space. Kari Morani, group sales (I think) and Taylor & Monica at the front desk were super sweet, helpful and a great asset to Marriott. We had two rooms here (two different stays) and both had kitchens (microwave, dishwasher, full refrigerator, coffeee pot and completely stocked with dishes). Sofa, huge desk area, big tv, VERY comfortable bed, plenty of storage space. The cleaning staff were very helpful and friendly, and always stopped by to see if we needed anything. Our floor (#2) had a coin-operated laundry facility at the end of the hall. Not sure if every floor had a laundry facility, but ours was nice and clean. We only visited the breakfast area a couple of times, but it was always clean and stocked. Typical continental breakfast. The maintenance crew were in the process of pressure washing and repainting the exterior trim during our last days here (January 2020). It's obvious that management/owners care about the property. The hotel is pet-friendly (which usually means poor carpet quality), but NOT at this hotel. Hallway and room carpet was very clean and well maintained. I didn't even know they accepted pets until I saw a lady walking her sweet little dog. Located just off of Barrett Parkway (NO highway noise!!) and within walking distance to shopping and restaurants (Carrabas, Copelands, Longhorn, Sweet Tomatoes, Burger King, etc.). Highly, highly recommend this hotel. This will be our 'home away from home' hotel from now on!

  Great Hotel

  We traveled to the area for a baseball tournament. Our stay lasted a week. This hotel was VERY clean and in a great location. Staff were all very courteous and helpful when we needed something. Hotel is convenient to restaurants, stores and LakePoint Baseball Complex. Having 2 bedrooms and a pull out sofa was perfect for our families needs. Hotel did a great job with continental breakfast considering COVID restrictions. Would definitely stay here again.
