  Recommened for business trips

  Good "old style" hotel, with classic interior. Stuff is very very friendly speaking smooth English Located is 5-7 minutes driving to the center that allows to have plenty of parking space infront of the hotel. You have all required for business trip including line internet in the room. Breakfast is classic Italian , some cakes , cheese , juice and perfect coffee. Dinner is very good with various options. No WIFI in the room is little bothering. Only Italian programs TV

  Truly home away from home!!!!!

  I stayed her for two weeks during a Global Volunteer trip. The staff, the accommodations, and especially the dining (the chef and his staff in the restaurant) are all fabulous. When I checked out I felt like I was leaving a family and not going home to my own. The facilities are immaculate! The rooster in the morning as well as the train that goes by truly add to the ambiance of this family owned hotel. There is a grocery store across the street, making a little shopping very easy...Roseanna candies and misc. pasta souvenirs! I left the day the day before the beach area this hotel manages opens, but I did get tour of the beach facilities and the beach facilities truly look second to none! Many staff from the hotel worked at the beach getting it ready for the season and they kindly took time out of their busy schedule to tour us around the facility that was going to open the next day!! Not if, but when I return to Monopoli, I'll definitely stay at Hotel Vecchio Mulino! A short pleasant walk from old town, maybe about a mile, but the staff and accommodations, make this hotel the best choice in Monopoli!

  overall nice place ..

  Recently spent 13 days at this hotel..during off season ..overall very positive.god food,nice staff, great housekeeping...beginning to need some maintenance (carpet beginning to fray , peeling paint)..but on the whole a good place

  Well worth your stay

  This hotel is exceptionally well-maintained with superior housekeeping and a staff lacking nothing in courtesy or helpfulness. It's a 15-minute walk to beaches (the hotel's private beach, with transportation, is open only during the summer) and a little longer to the interesting old town.
