  Good Location

  Located in Nakasu which is within walking distance to Canal City or Tenjin Shopping Area. Subway is just at the road junction to the hotel. Many restaurants around so no problem with food. Convenient stores all over too. Room is very very small suitable for single occupant. If couples, I recommend twin beds otherwise both of you will be cramped to the point of frustration. Amenities is adequately supplied, from head to toes practically. Breakfast is more Japanese, but theres croissants and pastry with sausages and eggs thrown in too. Good strong black coffee and a few types of tea available. Tea-time theres some mochi served daily and theres supper nightly of rice with Mentaiko which is a must try. As this is a medium hotel you wont find tour groups so thats an advantage if you dont want a noisy place to stay in.

  Yummy foods on Yatai street cars

  From 18:00 everyday there are many Yatais that appear along the Nakasu River. Its lots of fun hopping from one yatai to another trying different food. The famous Hakata Ramen is one thing you must try!

  Clean and comfortable

  I stayed only for 1 night as I need to get to Shimane the next day. It is less than 5min walk from the subway station is can be easily located if you can locate the river beside the subway station. Check in process was super fast and I really appreciate that after 12hrs of travelling. The room is standard for any Japan hotel, which is small, clean, compact and somehow, comfy. Amenities such as toothbrush with paste, shaving kit, shower cream, shampoo, hair dryer provided. We can even make hot drinks in the room. There is no complimentary drinking water though. But, there's plenty of eateries, coffee shops, convenient stores around. Breakfast provided, with plenty of choices actually. I had a tummy full of food and went for a walk to Ohori Park, 30minutes 1 way. Beautiful park, don't miss it if you have the time.

  Impeccable 5 Star Services From Lovely Staffs In A Cute Conducive Business Hotel!

  I simply love the quiet, conducive and cute little room coupled with the lovely and warmth front reception service from Toyama, Sano and one of the cute slim and tall guy was very welcoming and professional! They are extremely accommodating to guests needs. A 5 Star service in a small business Hotel. Lousy services and Hopelessly useless in understanding guests needs, the Fairmont Singapore Hotel cannot even compare nor come close to the beautiful staffs from Vessel Inn Hakata and should seriously learn to be lovely, warmth and professional like them! I miss Vessel Hakata Inn Fukuoka indeed! Room 1407

  Impeccable 5 Star Service From The Heart!

  Its a business hotel with small cute and conducive rooms, however; the Front Staffs like Toyama, Sano and Shinya have big 5 Star Service Hearts. They are extremely professional, helpful and polite. Very modest too. I have hypertension and I appreciate their kind assistance sometimes.
