  Divine!!!

  Before coming here, I saw pictures here, provided by management and some guests. And all I can say is that what you see is what you get, in the best possible way! Everything is exactly as it is captured by the photo objective. But lets go step by step... 1.Welcoming as we were there for four days, the staff on the reception was changing, but every one of them was so polite, ready to help you in any way you need. I sure hope that the management of the hotel rewords them properly ;) 2.Wellness/spa zone the amazing place just for the two of us for 90 minutes. It has big Jacuzzi bath, worm resting beds, two types of sauna, excellently heated, two showers and all the necessary accessorize (slippers, bathrobe, hairdryer, drinking water, wardrobe, toilet) and it is all there just for your privacy time. 3.Restaurant /café excellent, kind service, great a la card menu. But, if you are vegan, you wont get much for the breakfast in every meal there are eggs, milk and/or yoghurt. 4.Rooms spacious, spotless clean, all the little things that I love mini hair conditioner, lotion, shower gel, and they smell divine!!! Theres a hairdryer in the bathroom, a mini bar in the room, air con is working perfectly (it switches off when you open balcony door). We asked for the room looking to the river and it was provided for us (another big thanks to the staff!). The view was so calming and peaceful. 5.Fitness a bit small but it has everything that you need. 6.Hotel on great location by the river, you can enjoy sunny breakfast outside or have a drink/cake on the terrace. 7.City/place well, lets be honest, theres nothing much to do. We wanted to see some movies, but the cinema works only a couple of days in month. Theres a plenty of bars, a few shops (china products usually) and some restaurants (I highly recommend Stara ivija!). You can see some visually progress (the walking area looks nice). So, if you are looking for some landscapes, take a car and drive to Kozara, or similar. 8.After I have mentioned above, I have to come back to hotel as there is nothing much to do in the city and you are here for more than 1-2 days, you would probably (as I did) like to spent some time (and money :)) in wellness/spa zone. They do offer a bunch of massages, pilings, pedicure/manicure, etcbut the problem is that only one girl is working! So she was fully booked and I was not able to enjoy in one of those offers. I sure hope that the management will do something about that, because it is not possible for one person to provide all the necessary to all guests at the hotel. Considering all the pros and cons (just one ;)) I have to say that this is one absolutely excellent hotel! If you want to have a really relaxed vacation or you are visiting area around, you will not regret if you choose this place to stay. The price for the offer is more than acceptable. If this hotel was placed somewhere on the Adriatic cost or in one of the big cities, I am not sure if I wouldnt be able to afford one night stay :)

  What a joke of a hotel

  The hotel looked nice and new... but thats all. 1st not one person spoke english. Then all the lights were off, the electronic doors failed to work, the a/c was broken. Even worse the bed was filthy with body hair and dirt throughout the sheets like they had never been changed. And after translating our issues we were not even offered another room or explanation. Disgusting customer service and hotel. -5 stars

  Beautiful hotel

  The hotel is located in the middle of nowhere. It is also excellent. Very small city. Hotel is great aranged.beatiful rooms and wievs Nice location near border. Restaurant is good. Staff is ok but... Hotel have more improvment.

  excellent hotel

  nice hotel,friendly staff.well equipped wellness,the use is private,one gets 1,5h of jacuzzi,dry and turkish sauna.very nice. nice rooms with balcony,nice view of the river.great breakfast,good choice of food. well situated,free parking.

  Not worth the money

  Traveling to Dubica for work and with very little energy to look for entertainment outside the hotel after 8-hour work days, we booked this hotel because it was advertized to have a wellness center and a restaurant. However, the wellness center fits only two people at a time and is booked weeks in advance, so we could not use it. The restaurant has very disapointing food: we had what seemed to be lefovers from lunch. Breakfast is ordered from the menu so you don't really see what you get until it is too late, and we waited for it for over half an hour, which was stressful as we had to go to work. However, the worst thing is that it is full of smokers, even at breakfast, and there is no non-smoking section. So, save for the first night when we didn'g know what to expect, we didn't use that either. On our second night there, there was an 18th birthday party organized in a conference room just accross the hall from our room. Live music, screaming teenagers, little children running up and down the corridors and banging on the doors untill 3 a.m. The room was spatious, perfectly clean, the bathroom as well, the staff very polite, but the overall experience was definitely not worth the money.
