  Six of us stayed here and really liked the place

  Staff were really nice, food was really good and view is simply amazing. Only negative is bus back after day of boarding but that is it. Good facilities like pool and sauna. The highlight was probably the food and view although the staff were really good too.

  Not great

  Booked through expedia. Approximately 10% added to cover cleaning. Very rude email when queried. Dishwasher broke which was exchanged on Christmas Day. Card machine not working on arrival so then pestered on boxing day to return to reception to pay for the car park and local taxes. Reception team pleasant but stay ruined by poor management. Mattresses probably the cheapest quality ever. Really poor. Hard and made for an uncomfortable 7 night stay. Chalet lovely, nice views. But irrelevant when the bed is poor.

  Great value. Lovely picturesque part of Flaine

  We loved our stay here. The apartments were pretty spacious for the money paid and well furnished with a bath and shower. The resort itself was in a lovely setting with a really nice pool & sauna area. Ski area easily accessible on ski bus just outside apartments. Would Highly recommend.

  A fantastic retreat, just away from the centre of town.

  Having read other reviews which were largely positive, with a few mitigating comments we were optimistic but hesitant before we arrived. We could not have been more impressed with the place and all of our doubts were erased immediately. Fantastically positive and helpful staff, Amazing steam room and sauna, perfectly decent restaurant and a wonderfully well equipped and very comfortable chalet for 8 people. We loved everything about the accomodation and it exceeded our hopes by some margin. Would definitely return in the future.

  Accommodation was quite good, but quite a distance to the ski slopes

  The views are amazing! This is the highest point of the resort so the 2nd last stop on the bus coming home. Restaurant on-site and a spa area. Apartments are very quiet and peaceful. Because of the location, you really need to use the bus to get about. You could walk into town and back but it is a long walk and all uphill coming home. No decent pavement either so you need to be on the road at times. This is definitely NOT a ski-in/ski-out property. You can ski out if the narrow footpath nearby is snowy enough, but too narrow for beginners to try. There is a restaurant on site but needs to be booked ahead - you can't just turn up - and food quite pricey. Also some evenings the menu was very limited. We were told there were places that would deliver food but once we were there we struggled to find anything we could order in. So we bought our own food to eat in the apartment. The spa was ok - there is a half size swimming pool, a steam room, sauna and hot tub/jacuzzi. The pool felt a bit chilly and the showers were cold, and one shower was broken completely. You need a 1 euro coin to use the lockers. The sauna was nice but the door a little loose and the steam room was too hot to sit in for long (not sure if that's the way it's meant to be though). The jacuzzi was very bubbly with fantastic views from the panoramic windows, but it never got very warm which was disappointing.
